muscleexercises Depends on your goals I guess.. Building muscle - 30 mins max, keeping intensity high - Compound exercises such as deadlift, squat, bench press, clean+press. Losing weight - 45 mins to an hour. Crosstrainer, Treadmill for 20 mins each at 75% max heart...

muscleexercises If you're not growing, 99% of the time it's due to nutrition. Pay close attension to your calorie intake and log it just like you log your training program. This can be a bit tedious, I know but stick with it and you might be surprised how much more you need...
