How Often you check your Spam and Junk Mails?

Hello Rakesh, I don't have time to go through all the junk/spam emails in my inbox, so I would just have a one glance, a look whether any of my mails is in there or not then press delete all.Spam mails really irritates me.I get aroun 100 spam emails everyday.Good day!

Nope they pile up until they empty themselves which is every 24 hours that is what I have the spam dump set for in my emails.

I usually don't check my spam and junkmail folders, I just delete them, unless I'm expecting an email from someone and I haven't gotten it in my inbox I'll go to my junkmail folder and see if its in there, but most of the time I just delete them.

I receive hundreds of spam every week. I delete 30 to 50 every day! Fortunately my Gmail filters them quite well; I do get the odd one in my in box and when I do I create a filter so they don't come through again. I must say the number has increased and I seem to be receiving a lot more junk mail lately. I don't bother opening any of them I just delete the lot every day.

I check mine everyday.I have 3 email accounts and check them daily. I do not read most of my spam email, but I go through them and look at the sender to see if I recognise any and if not delete them. I do this beacuse I once got an email from a lawyer if the law firm that was representing me in a case and she was helping out my lawyer and was emailing to let me know that she would be in court with me in my next day apperance. Had I not looked through my spam folder and been curious that the email was from a different lawyer I would never have known. So make it a habit of looking on a daily basis and you will also never have 500 or so emails.

I am not at all bothered about the spam and junk mails. I will just delete them all when i get time or I let gmail to delete them automatically once in a month. I will never have a look at spam or junk mails.

i also receive a lot of junk mails in my gmail account the best way to get rid of them is the delete all the spam button on the top i us it quite often any way mail has a very good spam filter so if the message ended in the spam i am quite sure it has nothing to be read .. so i hop you start using the button often

Every day when I get on yahoo to read my email, I run a quick check of the spam first and delete the entire bunch before I even go to my email. I have been gradually whitling down my email folder which once was over 600 and now has less than 200!! I am so proud of me!! But I have deleted some of my mylot pages to get there since I know I will never get to them all.

Hi there rakesh284! I go through my list of spam and junk mails. But I just go through it and do not read it. There are instances when I get to see mails that are supposed to be in the inbox but are found in the spam. I do not know why that happens but that is the reason why I go through the list of spam and junk mails. All the rest that I do not need, I delete immediately.

Usually I check spam email everyday. I just browse though my spam folder if there are no emails that interested me I just delete them.

I only check my spam and junk mails when I have a ridiculous amount of them in there like three hundred or something like that. Other then that I don't really care about my spam or junk emails because like they say they are usually just junk and nothing important.

I do regularly check my email and my hubby's email since we both have no issues checking each other's mail. If i find a lot of spam, they will only go for deletion. The rest of the messages will be kept safe and tagged. Anyway about different kinds of email, yes i do go from one email account to another one, cleaning and checking it every day as i have time allotment for email checking.

I check mine daily! I subscribe to a lot of survey sites and similar earning sites, and sometimes the mails end up in the spam folder. I check my spam constantly because its easier when there are ten messages to clear them out rather than 500. I also work in an office, so I have a lot of time in front of a computer. Do you have a seperate email for earning online? I should have thought of doing that, because most of the mail in my inbox is spam, too!

nope! i never chek my spam folder in any of mail accounts. i think its a waste of time, and am not likely to open any of it anyway

When I am asround my Computer I check out my email everyday, but when I am, out of town I go over to my sisters or to the Library.

Of course.Every week i check spam folder in my account and see any important mail thrown there.If they are important i will move them into my inbox and delete remaining mails.I don't how i get so many spam mails and how the people get my mail ID? I really hate them..

yes i check my spam folder everytime i check my email accounts because sometimes my survey invitations get put in the wrong folder.so thats one reason that i check my spam folders and the other reason is i hate to have anything left in my email folders when i check them i like to clean them out.

Well.. they're spam so I do not ever check them. With exception of whenever I request passwords from certain sites they end up in junk. So I will have to fetch them from there. Gmail does a very good job with filtering spam so I don't really have any problems with what I just mentioned, but even the best sometimes does mistakes and you have to dig in the nasty pile of spam

I dont check them as they are for spam, and thats all I use them for when I buy something online and they want my email address i givethem my spam email never to be bothered again by them lol, untill I buy something else then I use the email as login details

I check my junk mail or spam folder everytime I check my e-mail. I delete the complete folder unless there is something there I need to answer. I will move a junk e-mail form the junk folder and but it on my safe list if there is something inportant there.
