Five days delayed, could I be pregnant?

may be you are pregnant but when we do a home test it is preferrable to do it using the early urine test or the test results may not be right. you are however trying for a baby so i think you would be more happy if you are pregnant so all the best. and i have heard that it is always good to do a test after four to five days of skipping the periods.

The pregnancy test kit worked for me when I was 5 weeks pregnant. But if you have just been delayed for five days, it's too early to detect and sometimes women get a false negative. Pregnancy test now a days and I know it wasn't that long ago since your son was born but now they are so much better and can detect pregnancy earlier. I knew I was pregnant with my second one when I stood up to fast and got that pulling pain in my lower area I guess it would be around your ovaries. I didn't find out that I was pregnant with my daughter from a home pregnancy test I had to find out from a blood test and that came bck positive and I was 3 weeks pregnant. So you may have to find out from a blood test so if I was you, I would make an appointment with your primary care physician to find out.

Because you are showing so many symptons, you might also want to call you OBGYN. They can administer a pregnancy test in the office, or send you for blood work. Home pregnancy test are not realy accurate and you can't detect if you are pregnant not until you are pregnant of at least 2 months... you should seek a medical help of an ob-gyne doctor

sounds like,but i'd get checked just in case.sometimes a cyst can stop periods and cause bloating.but if your chest is becoming sensitive,i'd say most likely pregnancy.

With me when I became pregnant with my third child I just knew some how but what I did was I remembered my Dr saying that when your pregnant your uterus gets hard so there would be a hard spot in your stomach if your pregnant so I laid down on my bed on my back and just pressed gently do it gently not hard and I felt a hard spot it was as if I had eating a medium sized pancake and it was just laying flat in my tummy then I took a pregnancy test and sure enough I was pregnant. Then I made a Dr appointment to make it official and she said I was so-so long few weeks along. I don't know if that would work for you but maybe going to a Dr you can see I think that the pregnancy tests they have on the market now are very advanced and can tell you really early if you are or not.

I know alot of women who have to actually go to the doctor to find out they are pregnant because home pregnancy test dont work on them. Another thing dont stress your self out worrying about it because if your not then that will just make your period more late and convince you more that you are pregnant. And then in the end its just depressing to find out your not. One time i was late and i was so convinced i was pregnant. So i finally tested and it was negative. It is possible. I suggest waiting another week. Then trying again. See I am currently pregnant. With this one I was late and took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I was disappointed. We a few days went by and I bit into something that had onion and instantly I became sick. It was the same feeling I got with my daughter when I had morning sickness. A few days later I noticed some things that seemed off and decided to take another one. I got a early one. A two pack. 2 lines meant pregnant. I took them both. I got a dark line and a very faint line. The box said any 2nd line means positive no matter how light it is. I decided to get the clear blue easy pregnancy test. It says pregnant or not pregnant. Simple enough. I waited till the monring to take it beacuase that is when the pregnancy hormone is said to be strongest if you are pregnant. It was pregnant. I think when I took the the first test I just didn't have enough of the pregnancy hormone in my system for an acurate result so after another week it was build up enough to give results. The same might be the case with you.

well it sounds like you could be.. I would definitely get a home pregnancy test or go to your doctore so they could take one. Are you usually late. It took my and my husband 1 year to the day to concieve my oldest.. Very frustrating but it eventually happened so hang in there.. Good Luck
