You don't have to force yourself to exercise if you don't want to. Walking is the best form of exercise. SWimming is another one. Exercise shoud not be boring. There are a lot of more enjoyable ways in which you can exercise and achieve the weight that you desire. Good luck to you!!1

Don't skip meals but try to drink a glass of water before each meal. Try to eat more veggies and fruits. Dancing is a good way to shed some pound, too.

You say that you had been in the hospital, nothing serious I hope, I hope you are well now. Being too lazy to exercise though I have a similar problem, I can't seem to keep to my exercise routine or eating schedule. I know it is my downfall, but in the morning instead of eating something, more often then not, I drink a cup or two of coffee and that is it until about 10 or 11 when I get really hungry then eat whatever is close, normally something not healthy, the rest of the meals are also not properly organized. A few years ago I was able to get trim and felt great but it has been difficult getting into shape again. Walking is a very underrated form of exercise, if it is possible, there are cities that taking a brisk walk for 10 or 20 minutes is possible, not all cities though unfortunately. I enjoy cycling, and recently bought a exercise bicycle which I use when watching the news or a show, I always start slow as a friend told me that pain is not my friend, when exercising always stop when it hurts, this prevents serious injury that will make you stop again, and if it hurts you don't want to do it again, his advice works. I just need to keep focus.

Are you tired, or lazy? To me, there's a WORLD of difference between the two of them. If you're generally fatigued and physically exhausted, you should probably go back to your doctors and find out what's wrong. You might have a thyroid problem - such as hypothyroidism - which essentially causes chronic fatigue and weight gain. All they need to do is a simple blood test to find out - and put you on a medication if you have it - and it should fix you right up. Otherwise, you should keep in mind that exercising often WAKES you up. it's really refreshing, believe it or not! Sometimes getting up and moving around actually helps you wake up. If you're lazy by choice or by habit, you simply have to BREAK the habit - and adopt NEW habits - such as exercising for at least half an hour a day.

Go to the exercise section of MYLOT and look for Abbalover, which is me by the way. There you will find Jazzercise. I recently started Jazzercise and I already lost 1.4 lbs with the program. Trust me. In fact, I am actually going tonight at 4:20. As my mom always says to me "You have to get a lot of exercise in order to lose weight." Just to let you know, before Jazzercise I too was too tired to exercise. Now I feel great! My Jazzercise discussion also explains what Jazzercise is.

Don't skip breakfast because you tend to overeat later. Eat your three meals a day and healthy snacks in between. Get into the habit of eating every two to three hours. This way your blood sugar stays level and you will not be as hungry. When your blood sugar drops you tend to eat more and your body tends to hold onto the fat more. But definetely continue to eat your vegetables! I use to always skip breakfast and then would eat a lot later in the day. I never snacked or exercised and gained a lot of weight. By eating like I mentioned above I have lost the weight and feel much better. As for exercise, just walk. Go to the mall or a shopping center and walk around for 30 minutes. Do some housework. Take a stroll outside (weather permitting)after dinner. Do something that requires you to move.

I agree that you really should eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, as well as getting some exercise everyday. I signed up to exercise with a National Fitness Chain for women and I exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times a week, but I didn't really start to lose weight until I tried their weight management plan. The plan emphasizes eating lots of fruit and vegetables and smaller amounts of protein and fats (about 1500 calories a day). Any diet plan that concentrates on a healthy, balanced diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables would probably work for you. Good luck.

Well since you are lazy lol i too am lazy hahah let me think how about moping your floor using your legs in that way it has a double purpose you have exercise and clean the floor as well. Or going to work try to walk a distance if your not using your car. Or you can do it at least 2 times a week on your vacant day. or you can do it while on that hospital during your break. It really depends on you. But if you want something done everything is possible. have a good day my lazy friend havent seen you around lately.

If you don't want to go out of your way to exercise, then think of the things that you would like to do. Do you like to go to the shops? if you do, then head to the shops up to 3 times a week. Walk around the shops for at least 20 minutes. Even if you don't have any money to spend, just go and try on clothes in different shops. Then if the shop keeper is trying to convince you to buy, just say that you will keep the items in mind. You can go to different shopping complexes as well. It is just an idea.

Lazy person, I'm here to help you, hee hee hee. Okay I am here, I have so many dieting tips for you. First of all you need to be doing some kind of exercise that's fun for you. If it's not fun you will not stick to it, so try to think of some kind of physical exercise that you enjoy. Some say that swimming is one of the best cardio workouts that you can do.... For me I am running, also I just ordered Cardio twister.. You will want to either walk or do some form of exer. at least 30 mins. a day..... Cardio twister might be very good for you too, It will work out everything. You should look into it. Also the best food to eat is breakfast (Oatmeal is a good choice). It is the most important meal of the day....I know not a lot of people like to eat oatmeal but if you mix in some raisins, a half of banana, a spritz of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey you will love it....... Well this is all that I will say for right now b/c I'm kind of tired, and I gotta go eat myself some dinner.....But small dinner, stay away from the all you can eat buffets Okay friend....... and stop eating at 7:30 pm......no more food, only water and fruit........ This should help..... HOpe so...Good luck!... peace out.....

My advice to you is simple: Eat three times daily and avoid eating snacks. Eat during the time that you are not hungry - thus avoiding over eating. Honestly, I don't recommend that you don't exercise. However, if you are too lazy to excercise at all, you can do some house chores that can create physcal activity like cleaning the house or gardening. Just do something that lets you burn calories and can accomplish something. Remember that by not exercising while dieting is not a cannot help you lose weight since your body will switch to stavation mode. At this mode, you body will use less calories and will adust the amount of calories that you took in, thus, hampering you weight loss chances. I hope this advise helps you.

I am too lazy to exercise to lose weight, too. The most useful way for me to lose weight is spare my dinner, which has helped me to lose several kgs recently. You seem to be very strict on yourself already, if you keep up, you will definite lose weight. But in the benifit of your health, I suggest that you can have a more nutritious breakfast ,you know, breakfast is the most important meal

Well, you need to have a balanced diet.. what you're doing is quite right(eating vegetables and all that)... but don't let your body suffer by not eating the right kind of food.. you can eat fish, veggies, fruits and sea food in replacement of red meat, junk food, fast food, etc..

Hie drdivu, well i had the similar problem in the past then I consulted a nutritionist and she planned my whole diet. She told me that I should not quit my lunch, dinner or breakfast, instead I should eat a planned diet which contains lots of fruits vegetables and fibrous food. You should avoid red meat instead you can eat fish if you like.and one thing more you can do in morning when you get up take a warm glass of water add one teaspoon of honey and one lemon to it and stir the mixture and drink it,it helps you in cutting down your fat!!!!
