Under the global economy crisis, many companies have began to reduce the staff and many people lost their jobs. At the same time, the boss become more and more nagging to his employers and raise his demand to the staff. It become commonly to do more jobs without money, and we must bear great work pressures. When meet the unfair phenomenon, would you like to say "No" to your boss? Or do you have some good methods to avoid your boss fastidious?

It might be scary to say no to your boss. Well, i think if it was me put in that situation, I would say no if I really cannot do what he wants me to do. I would not do what he wants and end up failing in it. If I really know that I cannot do it, then I will admit it. I would rather admit that I cannot do it rather than having the company suffer because of my incompetence. I will not pretend that I know how to do it when I do not. I will just be frank to my boss. And I will tell him that I will certainly make up for it.

I have said no to my boss before, I don't do it often but every once in a while my boss will tell me something that I disagree with and I will usualy do something diffren tthen what he said. I will smetimes tell him, i'm not going to do that. As long as I am able to keep my department running smoothly there is usualy not much discussion about it.

If it is beyond my capability as a subordinate, I can say no to my boss command or request but that would be with explanation. I don't like to accept any command or request that I am not capable of doing because I am sure if I insist and pretend to do it I end up messing it up or ruining it. It is better to say no than to say yes but turn out to be a disaster.

one of my co-worker left company as he find a better job in the government, now i take over his work, and without extra money. But i didn't say "no" to my boss, as i can handle it now, another reason is that our manager also take some job from me. But to the unfair phenomenon, i think we should say out our opinions and tell the boss directly.

Under normal circumstances, I would not say "no." I will for a way to remind my boss. I do my work as long as the functions can accept or not accept, it is the wife of the judge himself, but I work in the company, I would be worthy of the wage, I will remind my well-intentoned boss.

My current boss always speaks her mind - I respect that and will speak to her with the same level of frankness. If she asks me to do something that's part of my job I do it, - if she asks me to do something I shouldn't have to do, I may or may not do it depending on the circumstances. Similarly, I know that she's not afraid to get her hands dirty and will take on tasks that she could delegate.

For me who ever my boss is at the time I am always up front and honest whether they like it or not. If he brings too many demands I will say something because I do not like people who grovel or suck up. I always believe in myself and believe my boss wants me to be strong also. I understand in times of recession we have to do more to help but there is always a limit to doing more and being taken advantage of. As long as everyone understand it and stands up for themselves without being rude or disrespectful I am sure most bosses would appreciate the honesty.

Well, I really admire all of your courage. I'm fraid I'm not enough brave to say no to my boss under most circumstances. Yes, as the global economic crisis occurs, those bossess are more and more rude-at least most of them are. But what can we do? We must earn money, that is the major purpose we work. If you have enough skills and capacity, you can go and seek a better job. But most of us have to endure the boring boss and boring job I think.

If you have enough reasons to refuse or gainst ,why not ? but do in a appropriate and skillful way ,if you are always stand him with no principles ,I think that will make you no personality and the boss will not respect you too.
