Buried 6Ft below the ground or Cremated ?
I do prefer to be cremated, there are obituary's that is located under churches and You'll be visited more often by your relatives and love ones since they can go to the c and visit you both in the same time. When you are buried under the ground your body will decompose and most probably will be eaten up by worms and other types of creatures below the ground.. eeeewww..
Just my 2 cents.

I really haven't decided yet. But you know, I won't be there! My body will be there, but I won't! I will be with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for all eternity!
But for my family's sake, I do need to make a decision on it. We never know when God will call us!
God bless!

Oh there is a God..no doubt at all about that! I know Him and I am His child! I know I will be with Him when I pass from this world.
God bless!

I too will say 'cremation' because it is less expensive than the 'traditional' burial. I can't imagine all those nasty chemicals...and what they do. They can't be good for the Earth.

I absolutely agree on the fact the people tend to keep the remains of their love ones but not remember them on the good things that they've than when they are still living. Good memories should still be intact in their hearts even when they already passed away with no given time frame.

when i die i would like to be cremated, and my ashes to be thrown in the sea. i think that it's the nicest way to leave the world. and go to our next destination. i also think that you're right about being buried and about being eaten by worms! anyway, it's just my opinion my friend!

Yeah right. throwing your ashes to the sea is like an ending in a movie, how nice. But I'd rather do that than getting decomposed under the ground. And here in our country even your already buried under the ground some greedy people might still try to steal your belongings that your relatives included inside your coffin. Weeewww..

Wow,so big and serious question!Frankly speaking,I still not consider this kind of quetion. Most of the cases in our area,Cremated much popular,i think. And Burried is not in accordence with the policy. However,if i were in the rural area,be burried is more prefered.Anyway, different cultures in different areas! Just follow it! You could not control the weather behind you...

I don't care. I won't need it anymore. It is simply an empty shell of lifeless matter at that point, so I will probably dedicate my body to science and let people dissect it. I've had open heart surgery, so I'd make for a fairly interesting anatomy class in med school.

I think I want to be cremated... Aside from it cost less than the traditional one, your loved ones can bring you back home. They can have you inside the house or can put your urn in an obituary. I think its more practical now especially here in the Philippines that not all Filipino has their own mosque where they can put their loved one.
Happy mylotting, my friend!

i prefer to be cremated as i really feel that land can be put to so much more good ue than just being cemeteries. :)
also, i feel it more emotionally stressful to see my loved one getting covered by dirt. and besides, columbariums feel so serene and its easier for others to visit me since they don't have to trudge through mud when its raining.

i prefer being buried 6ft, because it seems holy than being cremated and it is like doing these to pay respect to those heroes that have been buried and even to christ. well, it doesn't matter if you'll body will be eatin by worms as long as it is the used custom of my parents, then let it be.

My fiance and I already decided we want to be cremated. Having a coffin under ground is just a waste of space. I will not make that choice for anyone else in my family. If they dont say they want to be cremated then I will assume they want to be burried and will go with that when the time comes.

Cremated with out question.
Why take up space? When everybody who knows me has forgotten me, who would weed the grave? I hate weeds so then I would have to haunt them, they would hire a ghost hunter... I would have to set off their little light up gadget thing.
What drama... I don't need that.

When I die, I will have no option to prompt as I would lose my voice too.lol Yes I can best I can write them in the form of wish that I be done so and so. And in such situation I too would prefer to be cremated.
My loved ones, friends and relative would visit me thinking I am there having an eternal sleep and conversing either with Lucifer or angel. But I want that way only.

Exactly what I want:
1. Cremated
2. Taken to Northport, AL
3. My friends and family to share spirits with a keg n some whiskey
4. My friends and family to remember that I did all that I wanted in life
5. Ashes scattered
