My husband and I are planning to go to church, but he works on sunday's and I'm just about to learn how to drive, so I couldn't go without him right now... Nor would I want to, even if I did know how to drive. The church we want to go to was the one we just got married in.
We're Christian by the way.

Our church wouldn't be in driving distance, but of course that's not the only reason why I'll learn. I've heard that after people learn they don't like to drive after a certain period of time. Not sure if that's everyone or not, but I'm sure the majority feel that way. lol.

That is good to hear that you and your husband are going to go to church. Driving is another task in its self to learn. Good luck to you on that. I never liked driving so my husband does all the driving. I go to church with my kids by ourselves even if my husband works but only if the church is near by in walking distance.

I'm a member of the "Legion of Mary" in my local church since I was on high school. i was an active member in my early years. Then I become a "Singles for Christ" and the later "Couples for Christ". I'm a Catholic.

I have never heard of a church called that before. I thought you were a catholic when I read the first part. But wasn't sure till I got to the end of your message. Its good you have gone to church since you were in high school. My mom raised me to go to church when I was young to. And I have loved it all my life.

That is great to hear you were born and raised in the church of God. I love going to church and taking my family. Going to church makes you happy inside. It always makes my day better. And knowing that God is with me and my family everyday makes me feel safe.

I do not go to any church and I do not have a religion. So I guess I should say I am not a member of any church only a member of God :)What do the rest of you think about what I just said?

God loves everyone. You might want to look for a church for yourself and your family. Do you even pray? Everyone should know where there heart is with God.

That is great to hear. I always loved going to Sunday school and being taught. I could never wait till Sunday got here. It was always exciting to me as a kid. I love church and listening to our pastor preach the word. Now me and my family go to church and my mom raised up to go to church and I am thankful for that.

I have been a member of the Canadian Reformed Church since 1997. I used to just watch television evangelists, but they were mostly after money, and before that, I belonged to a church that had no name by what was known as the two by two, but they had no forgiveness so I quit and before that a pentacostal church and before that the United Church. I go to Church twice on Sunday most of the time.

Sounds like you have been to a ton of churches. Maybe you should pray for God to lead you to the right church for you to be in. I have always been a pentacostal believer. we have church twice on Sunday and once on Wednesday. We have very nice people in our church. I pray that God leads you to the right church.

I have been a member of the church I attend for over 39 years. I have thought about finding a new church from time to time but I don't feel that God is leading anywhere else just yet.

I am sure God will let you know if he wants you into another church. He won't keep us there if he knows we are not being feed the word of God right. And 39 years is a long time to be in one church. I have gone to church for a long time but I like to be where I am being fed the most.
