for me it really depends, when i really look good in the dress and fits me right,i'll gonna buy it even if its not the trend now or not the fassion.as long as im comfortable wearing it.sometimes, when its the trend and it fits me right and i look good wearing it,well, thats really an advantage.i have several friends and acquaintances who buy clothes that even if it doesnt fit them well or they doesnt look good wearing it.for me,its just a waste of money and not being practical.how about you,is it the trend or coz you look good in it? :)

I don't get much time to go shopping and I've never been bothered much by trends, so I go for something that looks nice and is comfortable! I agree, it's important to be practical, and it's daft to buy something that's really trendy but looks ridiculous on you.
I think that trends are best left to the teenagers really (although luckily not all teenagers are interested in trends either); once you get older than that there's something a bit sad about wanting to keep up with fashions and trends. In my opinion anyway .

i buy clothes when I feel i have no suitable clothes to wear. Usually, I like to buy some clothes in summer. Because there're always a lot of options of styles of clothes as well as the price. The clothes in summer are both economic and beautiful. I never buy some clothes because they are in fashion, but I think they are suitable to me.

I buy clothes because they look good in me.the fit of the clothes matter to me most.it doesn't matter if it's not in season.as long as I'm comfortable with the clothes,I'm ok.

I buy clothes only cause it is illegal for me to walk around naked. The trend does not matter to me, as long as I am comfortable and the clothes are afforable. I will not go and spend $100 on jeans because of the latest trend.

Because I look good in it. I usually buy
clothes that i think will still look cool
and trendy even after 5 years.

I also buy clothes even its not trending but i'm comfortable to wear it and as long as it looks good when i wear it. Sometimes when i have old clothes but it still fit to me i go to dressmaker and i will ask them to give it another style so i can wear it again in much comfortable looks. Sometimes the trending clothes is much ugly to wear than the old fashion i think.

I recently bought a dress I thought was adorable. My daughter showed it to me, and I thought it was the cutest thing. I also thought she was picking it out for herself. She urged me to try it on and made me promise to show it to her. If I hadn't promised, I probably would have not shown her, and I probably would not have bought the dress. It's only knee-length, so I felt uncomfortable having my legs exposed. My daughter told me I looked fabulous in it and urged me to buy it. I had it in my closet for a week before I had the nerve to wear it to work. At work I received so many compliments about the dress and how I looked in it, but I still felt uncomfortable. Clothes have to fit me well or have to look good in order for me to buy them. But sometimes I need someone else to tell me I look good in something.

Hi there queennee!
I always buy clothes that I will be comfortable in. Of course, it is important that I would also look good in them. Sometimes it matters that it is in fashion but that is not a priority. I am a very practical person and I think that buying clothes just because they are in fashion or that its the trend is not worth the money.

I have never been a trendy sort of person, they never look good on me. I buy what is comfortably affordable. Mostly I buy what is practical. I can't see spending money on something that is out dated in a few months anyway. I also find trends ugly and over priced. If had I a talent for sewing I would make my own clothes out of rags or all the clothes I need to through away.

Well, the 'does it look good' thing is so diverse, my mom seems to think I look good in maternity style clothes! Haha, my ex thought that I looked good in the latest teenage trends. I think I look good in a mix of trends/comfy bohemian type look. I buy a lot of stuff based on comfort. And then I buy stuff because it looks pleasing to the eye on the hanger. And, OH LOOK! THE TAG SAYS IT'S MY SIZE! Yes, I do have some clothes that I bought just because they looked cute on the rack and it came in my size. I make a point of NEVER looking myself in the mirror in these clothes because I feel stylish in them and when you feel a certain way you act a certain way. To look in the mirror may alter my image of myself and totally defeat the purpose of buying those clothes!

I buy only clothes which fit me well and feel good in them. Whats the use of buying clothes which dont suit you?! I agree with you when you say that it is a waste of money. I also have to add that im sure that the person wearing that clothes doesnt feel at ease and confortable. Maybe certain clothes are a trend but they dont remain so when the person wearing them, doesnt fit well in them. I think the trend in the clothes disappear. Each and every one of us is different but we all have our trends.

I have never followed trend. I often find some of the fashion's being pushed hideous and ugly. Or stupid. I have always made my own style and wear what I like that is comfortable to me. I could care less if it in fashion or not. It is my fashion and good enough. People are too hung up on looks and trends and fashions and trying to impress other people. People should be themselves and stop worrying about what everyone else thinks. If it looks good on you, you like it then wear it. You are right it is a waste of money to buy fashions that don't look good on you. What I buy are yard sale and thrift shop specials and occassionally something new but mostly I buy what looks good on me and don't care about trend or fashion.

I check out the trends because I like being up-to-date. However I don't wear anything that looks ridiculous on me, just because it's the latest style. And there are basic things that are flattering to me and make me look good and I keep wearing them as long as they are timeless and basic.

We think the same because I buy my clothing acording to me and not the trend. If if fits and its comfortable and at o good price I will buy it. I don't like to buy things just because they are the new trend because at the ends that makes it really expensive. Since there are alsways new things coming out sometimes one thing bearly gets to the store when another one is on TV saying that is coming soon. I don't see the point in wasting all that money for things that don't go good with me or my body. But if lie you wrote "when its the trend and it fits me right and I look good wering it" its also great for me.

for me, i consider both trend and comfort. i love to buy clothes that are on trend. i dont know maybe because media is very influential now about fashion and stuff.actually there are a lot of those trendy clthes that i would love to wear, but sometimes i'm not comfortable, so i dont buy them. But of course, first things first is comfort. no matter how trendy your clothes are, but then it's so uncomfy, probably you wont look good either.
