fec139 I lost 20 pounds on it but you can't stay on it very long. And yes, you can get very sick. I'm happy you gave it up and are eeling better now.

fec139 I did keto with the JJVirgin plan. I lost 20 lbs pretty quickly but then I gained it back because you can't stay on keto for too long -- not only is it unhealthy to do so, but it's too deprivational.
