What do you usually eat in your breakfast ?

Hi all sometimes you feel sick and board every day morning and lazy to wake up from your bed coz there is no ideas in your mind what to eat lol or sometimes you don't have time to think and rush your self so, you pass the breakfast time as you feel like it's ok I got no idea about what to eat anyway and its hard to think right now !! lol so, guys do you find a problem dealing with breakfast ? and ya what do you usually eat every day morning ? every morning you have idea or non ? about me I usually eat what ever comes in my mind when go to my kitchen !!

i need to eat something when i wake up in the morning, so breakfast it is very important for me. generally i have milk or orange juice with some cakes (if i have time i eat some handmade cake, i do myself at home). during the week end i go out to have breakfast: cappuccino and croissant with cream or chocolate (or both it depends).

ya I agree with ya that the breakfast is really important ^_^ but sometimes people pass it coz they have no time ..!! and you just like me drink orange juice and sometimes switch to milk but cakes I always prefer to eat in the evening with coffee !! thanks for your response my dear

When Im in the mood for cooking I cook some fried rice and any fried food that goes with like egg or hotdogs. When Im late for work I usually eat cereals or oatmeals because its easy to prepare. I always go for cerelas because it has milk which is my favorite drink :)

Funny you should ask I just got done eating some Pasta salad. it was so good I eat 2 dishes, isn't that ashame. I probaly won't eatnothing else untill dinner time.

I mostly drink coffee for breakfast and don't eat anything else until lunch. Every now and then I put cereal in my coffee and eat that. My coffee is mostly milk anyway so its not bad and then it gives my coffee a sweeter taste afterwards lol.

I basically prepared to eat cereal and coffee, but if I can I will eat leftovers from the night before. Today, I ate beans with egg plus chile and cheese. It was great and of course coffee. I have to have coffee every morning.

I don't confine to breakfast foods first thing in the morning. I try to keep it pretty light. But, many times it's more about grabbing an apple on my way out the door. Or if I have time I will lounge in bed with a bowl of cereal. I like healthier cereal for breakfast and I like sugary sweet cereal for an evening snack. Even sweet cereal is much healthier for you than a bowl of ice cream. I think.

We usually ate heavy bfast, with rice and meat and or fish and vegetables. It is said that bfast must be heavy at that because it is the start of the day for work and for other activities.

Hi bagumbayan ^_^ oh really I've never heard of that before !! coz as I know that we have to eat something light in the morning and as it's the start of the day your stomach needs light food without fat at all ,, wow you should look for better ideas in the morning thanks for sharing

Hi there, since that moved here in UK i hardly find my own food. So i always having a problem on my breakfast and i feel lazy to cook. The easiest food to get is breakfast cereals. But i always fancy a filipino sausages and dried fish with fried rice! woot!

Hi raimark ^^ good so you found what to eat !! but try other kind of food coz fish and rice I don't think this really good idea coz it has alot of fat so it could harm your stomach, morning your stomach needs something light ... and be careful with those kind of Asian food ,I always do !! thanks I with ya good luck in UK

I usually try to eat fruit because it is easy to prepare and clean up. If I am in the cooking mood I'll do whole wheat pancakes or waffles, eggs and bacon amd maybe some grits. I usually do fruit during the week when I have less time to spare and the cooked breakfasts are mostly on the weekends.I like to also have coffee and orange juice as a drink.

good to have fruit in the morning !! coz the vitamins and liquids you know pancakes is the best ever I love it , and even waffles tastes yummy with whipped chocolate WOW I'll go cook tomorrow LOL thanks lumenmom

I do not usually take anything for breakfast. Well, I do take some bread and milk sometimes but in most cases, I just drink water. I am not in a diet but I just do not have the appetite during the morning.

hi ladyjinggay well I totally agree with anonmousagen that water is important but it doesn't mean eating nothing is better , once in this semester I turned suddenly just drinking a water in the morning and I didn't try to change so, I became weak then, my mom told me the breakfast is the important meal of the day ... I hope you can go over it and eat in the morning , try once to change this bad habit believe me you would feel good after that every morning thanks

I too do believe that the most important meal of the day is the breakfast. Not only does it give you a good kick start to your day, it enhances your focus, concentration and enery level throughout the rest of your morning. I have always been a bad breakfast eater. Throughout my school and college days I very rarely had breakfast. And I always had a reason - either I was running late or didnt know what to eat or was on a very strict, very low calorie diet. But that is a very unhealthy habit and I'm now a better breakfast eater.

I dont have a problem dealing with breakfast. I just dont eat it. I usually have a snack in the morning but dont eat anything until lunch or later. It just depends on the day. If I am really busy at work I dont think of eating at all. Only when Im bored and have nothing else to think abotu eating then do I get hungry. like now :)

I usually eat instant oatmeal or peanutbutter and jelly on toast in the mornings. I do not fix anything else for breakfast.

I use to skip breakfast all the time and then I would overeat at lunch. Now I have breakfast everyday and I tend not to be so hungry later. I usually eat some oatmeal with some juice.

i'd like to have some bread in breakfast.But i usually get up late in the morning, in order to have classes on time,sometimes i only have an apple for breakfast or go to school without anything.

I have the traditional hot soup and coffee, bread with margarine or spreads with coffee sometimes with hot chocolate. WE have here Champorado, lugaw or sopas or Pancit, it is our food during breakfast. Sometimes I have ham and egg or fried rice and fried fish.

My mom often prepares the noodles for us as the breakfast. Sometimes we will eat bread as breakfast. I won't skip the breakfast because it's one of the important meals in a day. I love China

Hello! Same here. I eat what I feel for. I'm not a cereal and milk person nor eggs, bacon and sausage and all that. I will eat toasts with peanut butter with or without a sliced banana topped or not with no-added sugar jam or honey. I will eat my home made soup. I will eat the left over of the last dinner. I will eat fruits followed by something more sustainable (that will keep me going until lunch). In any case, I try to have a good breakfast as it is the morning fuel for the rest of the day. If we skip a good complete breakfast, even if we have a complete lunch or dinner, it doesn't work the same for the body. The body needs fuel first thing in the morning to build up the metabolism that will keep us going the rest of the day. Hurray

When I was a student, I really didn't like to wake up early. Obviously, I often went to school late. To avoid being late, I didn't eat breakfast which was really unhealthy for me or even didn't take a bath. LOL. But now that I don't have to go to school anymore, I eat different kinds of food for breakfst. It could be sunny side up eggs, hotdogs, chocolate milk, bread, fried rice, meat loaf, tuna sandwich, cornbeef, cereals, fruits, fish, and many more. I just eat what's available in the kitchen.

ya thats good AndrewBoi having breakfast every day and ya when I was in school my mom was forced me to eat in the morning and if I'm late I was taking my sandwich and try to eat while I'm in the road :) BUT now I eat what ever comes in my mind and as you sail what available in the kitchen LOL Thanks AndrewBoi for great

I am a student now ,so i always go to the cafeteria to have my breakfast. I usually choose pie and soup as my breakfast. But there are times i don't feel like eating anything then i will only have some soup and an egg .

hi chryslark , ya if you are student ,then it depends what your Cafeteria offer so, me too sometimes I GO to our university cafeteria to change from home food by the way !! last summer I've been to HongKong wow it was good. thanks for sharing

oh!! taking breakfast is the most difficult thing for me as i feel hungry in the morning after getting up from bed but i don't have the mood to eat anything. may be it's because i am lazy enough to prepare anything at that time for what i loose the mood even to have something. for me i prefer something very easy to prepare like cornflakes. easy and quick!!

don't feel lazy to eat enam51 coz breakfast is the most important meal in th day , that helps the body keep strong every morning and even if you don't feel that is necessarily to have breakfast your body thinks it's so, and your stomach needs that food... thanks for sharing ^^
