I saw this on the news one time a while ago, there was this person that was walking up to complete strangers and giving them money, at random, and it really got me thinking what would I do if someone did that, I think id really be stuned and a bit sceptical and I'm not sure if I would take it, as tempting as it would be, becuse you just never no what a persons motives would be for doing such a thing, but I dont know what would you do?
Well what if this happened to you what if someone just walked up to you and handed you some money and walked away would you accept the money or refuse it?

Honestly, I think I would refuse the money. It would just seem too weird. Maybe I'm crazy for turning down "free" money but really this day and age, you never know what might come with that money or what the other person's motive really is. I think being safe is a whole lot better than being sorry.

I would accept it as long as he didn't want any of my personal information in return. One of the joys of giving is the act of the other person accepting your gift. If someone had a genuine desire to give, I would be happy to receive.

GOOD QUESTION - I DONT KNOW. I would also be very sceptical. I probably would think I was on some TV show like that "You got Punked", etc.. I would look around to see if I saw cameras or something like that. LOL. or since Im not working right now I MIGHT TAKE IT AND SAY THANK YOU AND GET OUT OF THERE QUICKLY. LOL LOL For real im not sure what I would really do......

I would take it. How do I know... cause this has actually happened to me. I was at the bank and the cashier gave me 200 dollars. I was shocked. She said that there was a woman in the community that heard that my daughter needed dental work and I had no coverage and she wanted to help. I was so happy cause I didn't know what I was going to do. I would never have asked anyone to help me but I was blessed by having an angel on earth to help me out. I took my daughter to the dentist right away and used that money to pay for it. So I would never refuse money offered to me cause I think everything happens for a reason.

I would not accept the money. I don't know where it came from or is it a mark money. But really won't accept it and I won't entertain the person that is giving it. I will be contented in what I have.

that depends on the amount...
if it is not a very big amount, i would accept it, because i know some people who just give money to strangers without asking them anything, whatever they have in their pocket, when they have a feeling or they have discerned that this person needs it, they give it right away without any questions... so i will accept it and think it is a gift from God and an answer to some of my financial worries. i have learned now not to say no from a blessing.
but if it is a really big amount, i will not accept it, it maybe a trapped, like id be on camera and im gonna be framed up or something for some crime i did not commit... i will not accept such money.

Definitely, I would refuse to take that money no matter in what circumstances. I strongly believe the saying that "there is no free lunch in the world". The person who is completely a stranger to me, walks up to me and gives me money must harbor some bad intentions, whatever it'd be. The world now is full of danger, we should learn to protect ourselves. This is especially important for children who know little about the outside world and are easy to be tempted. Since I was a kid, my parents always used to warn me against strangers. If the thing you mentioned really happens to me, the first thing I would be is to run away quickly to avoid further danger.

I would probally take the money but I would probally would be a little suspicous I mean who woudnt be suspicious of strangers giving you money you would think there had to be some catch or something they want since hardly anyone gives money without wanting something in return.

It really nice if one gives us money. At the same time we should try to judge the person and his nature, so that we don't get into trouble holding the money given.

I think I would just tell them to give it to somebody who needs it.
Unless it was Paul McCartney and he was offering to give me enough to retire on...

Maybe, I would gladly accept it as long as he/she won't ask anything in return, for instance; my personal information, banking details, my mobile phone number and others.. LOL. I have been seeing on the news that there are real people who are playing like santa claus and giving away money to random people... Well, maybe those people have all the money in the world and would like to help other people who are in need..

I would accept the money. You see when you pray God answer your prayer and if indeed you are praying for a better financial life then God will used anyone to carry that money to you. There are times when we will get the answer to our dreams and because we don't see it come in the way we want it we turn it away. Always remember what you pray for that when it indeed comes to fruition then you will know that this is the answer to your prayer but always continue to seek God's face after accepting it.

If a complete stranger gives me money out of the blue with
out giving me any reason why...I might no going to accept it.
But on the other hand I might as well accept it and give it all to the
first beggar I will see in the street.

I have been in that situation and I didn't take the money. It happened many years ago. I was waiting for a bus, and while I was standng near the busstop, a stranger walked up to me and offered me a 100 kr-bill (about 20 dollars). He said to me: "It is for you. You need it" I was really surpriced, I said "No thanks" and told him that I couldn't accept it, but he kept insisting that I take it and he repeated again and again that I needed it. I was starting to feel a little uncomfortable, because he wouldn't go away and he wouldn't take no for an answer. After a while he finally left, I never found out why he wanted to give me that money, and I never saw him again.

Probably not. Because if I don'tknow who he/she is, why would I take anything from him/her, don't know what's gonna happen, they can make up a story about something or could be even worse so I think it's better not to deal with the stranger aoubt stuff especially when money is involved.

it depends on how the stranger looks like, i can take money from a stranger who looks friendly and mearnt no harm but i can not collect money from a stranger who i believe has a negative motive towards me and sometimes it may be a ploy of trick hence i will need to talk to him or her reasons for the gesture
