i was doing our grocery and my dad texted me to buy some tea. I was able to buy mint teas and oolong tea. Mint tea for my dad and oolong tes for me. The package says it helps in weight loss. I've searched the benefits of oloong tea and i've found it really helpful. It is an antioxidant -helps in slowing the aging process, it promotes weight loss by increasing the body's metabolism and reduces cholesterol absorbtion. It treats skin disorders, it compliments diabetes treatments, it reduces high blood pressure and prevents tooth decay. I just bought it for the weight loss sign and i gained so much just by drinking it! :) What tea do you drink??

Well yes oloong tea is pretty healthy. So is green tea. Frankly, all forms of tea have good antioxidants. THe most, I think are in white tea. It is a rare variety of teas. Its better than green tea, though not as tasty. If you can get some white tea, give it a try

I don't drink tea because I think you become addicted to it. I have seen people who get up in the morning and without brushing their teeth they drink tea. they are so addicted to it that they can't start their day without having tea.

I am also quite a big fans of tea. I do drink oolong tea, pu erh tea and also green tea. But among all, I like green tea the most. I like to have it after my meal cause it helps in digestion. Also, it helps to reduce fat in the body. And I think it's quite effective.

Yes, i do drink some tea after meal everyday and it is really good for my health. As far as i know Chinese people drink a lot of black tea and green tea. My family members prefer to have some black tea but green tea for me. It can help to control your weight. If you want to lose some weight, drink some tea is a good way. Also it is interesting to know some tea culture which would help you love tea more.

Hi orevro, drinking green tea and black tea daily really could bring a lot of benefit to our health. Yeah, just like all the advantage you have mentioned above
I have read an article saying that it’s nice for us to take black tea in the morning for it could help to get rid of the waste material of our body more effectively. And the rest of the time we are encouraged to take more green tea. But I never follow this strictly and I just take whatever tea I come across freely
Anyway I love both green tea and black tea and I don’t feel reluctant to take whatever tea is served. I love hot green tea with mint flavor as well as the qiyetan. When come to black tea I prefer tieguanyin tea and oolong tea.
Happy posting and have a nice day!

hello orevro,
Yes, I'm a tea lover person but what I drink is the green tea. They say that it's good for the health. Now that you told me about that oolong tea maybe I can try that. Thanks for sharing.

I like tea, but its not one of my favorite beverages particularly because it turned my teeth brown although they're white now. I like sleepy time tea even though it doesn't make me sleepy, but now that i hear it can make you loose weight, then i won't be drinking much tea because i'm trying to gain weight.

I drink lots of herbal teas; like your dad, I love mint probably best. I am also particularly fond of fruit teas as well. Leaf or caffeine teas I am not so fond of.

i DRINK green tea everyday with honey. It is very good in over-all health condition. It effectively eliminate deadly toxin and protect the body from chronic illnesses in the future because it has antioxidants that fights free radical damages. Drinking green tea protect me also from having pre-menstrual cramps.

Yes, I do like tea very much especially Chinese tea. Tea is a MUST to me everyday, I like to have a cup of coffee in the morning then for the rest of my days, I pretty much only drink tea. I think it is a healthy drink and kinda think it cleans me out.

I drink several kinds of teas. I usually keep some variety of flavors on hand but do not drink them all the time while I have others I drink almost daily. I keep the mint teas on hand but only drink them occasionally. (peppermint is good for the belly and digestive system!) I drink ginger teas almost every day as it is supposed to be good for the joints. I also drink some red tea but not every day! I enjoy a lot of other teas that aren't necessarily good except just in general!! I also try to drink teas as opposed to coffee so that I am not consuming as much caffiene!

I drink iced tea everyday. Just good ol' Lipton run through the coffee pot.
I use a sugar substitute to cut back on the calories & it tastes the same.
