Do You Always Find Money When You Clean Out Your Vehicle?

Today I decided to clean out my car. I always find some loose change here and there, under the seats, etc. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Well, today I found $4.11! Yes, you can tell that I haven't given my car a good cleaning in awhile, huh? But the change will come in handy this week as I was off of work a couple days last week sick. Do you find money when you clean out your vehicle? Have you ever found a large amount of money when you cleaned it out?

i do not drive due to health issues but when we clean out the van (which hubby drives to work all the time) we always find money. the money then goes into the family fun jar. we never find more than a dollar but it adds up!

No, I am so poor, all my money fits in my wallet. I amvery carefull and never let money lie around. I always put change into my wallet immediately. There was a time, however, when I was much younger, and still went to clubs. I did not always carry a wallet then and cept my money in my pockets. I got so drunk that a few times when I wash the clothes that I wore for the wee, I would find some money in the washing machine. That usualy came as a bonus because most of the time it was notes, not coins. Finding money you thought you don't have is always a bonus, and mostly a relief. Blessings

HI singlemommy: Wow! You had quite a little find there didn't you? That's great! That might tempt me to clean out my car but I know as sure as I'm sitting here I'd not find anything like that, maybe a dime or two some pennies that would be it; I don't have money to go to drive-thru's so doubtful I'd find any loose change; I wish!! I need to clean my car out windows are dirty but that is one job I JUST HATE!!!

I do sometimes but not all of the time. I need to clean out our vehicles also. I have not drove them but my husband has. He is usually pretty good about picking up his dropped change. I will see what I find though.

As I don't drive and do not have a car, I generally don't find money in said non-car. I have been known to find money in pockets of pants, socks, bottoms of washing machines, and my purse though. It's always fun, especially when you need it or are Jonesing for a candy bar.

I normally find coins in the washing machine when I do my laundry. My husband is very fond of leaving coins in his trousers pocket. I have a piggy bank to put all the coins I picked here and there. Yes, I do find coins in the car too but not as often as in the washing machine.

Nope, I always keep my change and bills in a zippered part of my purse. But I do put "found" pennies in a little thingie that is meant to hold spare change and I have just one of them there. It's been way too long since I cleaned out my car. In fact, the last time it was washed was over 2 years ago when I left Arizona and that was only the outside. It's time to vac it out, definitely! But I won't find any change, I'm sure. Sorry you were off sick, hope you're feeling fine now!

Most of the time I find a little bit of change when I clean out my vehicle, but never too much. I have found money checking the pockets of winter coats when I have gotten them back out after a season. The last time I went through coat pockets, I found $40 dollars that I had thought I lost!

When I find the time to actually stop and clean my car out really good than I always seem to find quite a bit of change and a lot of other things that had gone missing!! I am always dropping change in my car and if I'm not the kids are. A few years ago I found twenty dollars in my car when I was cleaning it and that was a welcome surprise!! I usually find a couple of dollars, one or two shoes, way to many McDonald's toys, and other stuff like that!!! I probably should think about going and cleaning it out tomorrow now that you have mentioned it since my car could use a good cleaning!!

Yes, I find change in my car, but I also find it in odd places like the bottoms of backpacks or my nightstand. I love finding it. It makes me feel like I just won the lottery!

I find money when I am doing the laundry, cleaning the house or cleaning out the car. It is a lot of fun to find money. The most I have found in a day was $20. That was a good day.

I find change in our car all the time when I clean it out. But it needs a good cleaning again and my husband isn't going to do it. Hes not the cleaning type of person. But last week I was washing a couple loads of clothes and found $5.00 in the dryer. I told my husband that is my tip for washing clothes lol.

You sure is lucky! The only thing that I will find is none so far valuable. No one ever drop even a single penny in the car. I just vacuum my car yesterday and managed to discover my old brooch. The good news is I love that one. The bad news is someone step on it and it can no longer be use. I also find my brother's car. He always take one to play while I drive. I think he know he lose it but eventually didn't tell me. There's also sand, I don't really know where that come from.

LOL. That indeed always happen to me, but the amoung is not big. It is majority some changes from paying parking or paying toll. I know that there is a dedicated place for us to put those money in the car, but I already get used to simply put the money anywhere.
