monsoon rains!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you not worry about floods? I am not familiar with the topography of your region, so I am unsure if your house is built on fairly high land. Here in my state it is tornado season. We usually get a lot of rain (not monsoon type rain), and it is very humid. But I hate the tornadoes. I've seen too many to be comfortable with this season.

What a great commentary on your weather. I like to be in the rain if there is not thunder and lightening. I sat in the rain the other day and both of the cats came and sat on my lap. In the gentle rain we hear a lot of birds singing. It is fun.

I have always loved playing in the rain sense I was a kid and I still love playing in the rain. I think it is very relaxing to be outside when it rains. It helps relax so much that you can fall a sleep to the sound. I have always loved the rain and their is nothing like feeling like a kid again playing in the rain.

hi there. u seem to be a lot like me........ i love getting drenched in rains.... its just awesome........i love to drive my scooty home getting drenched all the way n then coming home n changing into nice warm clothes and eat something which is hot n spicy.(if u r an Indian u can understand Chatpata)............ i love rains..........

I like the rain sometimes as long as it does not have alot of lightning and tornadoes along with it. I used to love to play in the rain also. I like to get some good sleep on rainy days.

Hi friend, in our country there are no monsoon rains yet it seems to be summer.Even though summer holidays are gone we are not getting rain.We are feeling uncomfortable due to summer.No one is saying when rain comes to our country.Here we are praying to god to give us monsoon rains.From this you can understand how the situation here is. I like a nice rainy day when you can relax and watch it be all cloudy and gloomy. The bad thing is I'm scared of the lightning so i don't like going out when it rains.

Here is also full monsoon.But no rain.Too hot like burning in the oven . Perhaps it's the affect of global worming.I also like rain very much.We are waiting for rain.

As I sit here and write it is freezing, stormy and raining heavily and that is the kind of downpour I don’t enjoy! I have experienced monsoon rain in Thailand a few years ago and I loved it! I used to love walking in the rain; there was a beautiful haze over everything, it was really lovely and such a welcome relief from the humidity. Here is Australia we have a drier heat and the rain is not quite the same especially on blustery days like today!

Yes it is monsoons here too.But the fact is my hometown is in hilly area where it must be foggy and green by now, and i am far away from it for studying and i am missing the rains at my home town i am really lucky that i stay on a hillstation but unfortunately right now i am not there , here where i am right now its not much raining or you can say its not raining at all and the dust and grim making all of us sad here today it is raining a bit but still i want the rains here as i find at my home.

So finally it did rained there. Its so relaxing, i just talked to my relatives back yesterday and they said they are still waiting for the monssons to come. It did rained a bit, but monsoons has yet not reached my native place. Hope they to get it soon, n get rid of the hot hot summer.

I would imagine the monsoons create a very lush, green landscape. I love to walk in the rain, especially when it's warm rain, like the monsoons in your country. I even dance in the rain sometimes, and find nothing more refreshing than to lift my face to the sky, so that the rain falls on my skin, refreshing me. Brightest Blessings my friend.

I love rain, but I don't like to get drenched. It is easier to catch a cold if I am get drenched too much. A little bit of rain on me is ok, but soaked. lol. These days we also have rain now and then. Because of this, it is not so hot now. I love rain as it refreshes the air and cools the temperature.

Good to know you are enjoying the Monsoon rains ! From what I have heard, Monsoon rains get very heavy some times, and can get disastrous. Is that true ?

Yeah, I had learned the beauty of monsoon season since I live in Asia country since Dec. 2006. The raining feast that I like most because many ladies play around with flood water. Never left behind my camera for many candid snapshots, they keep smiling while mingling in group and splashing each other in happy moment. Sometimes I used webcam to record their natural game, what a free nice event. Ain't you?

Oh yes it is, and as i see by my window i can see rain falling by.....it looks so beautiful specially the dull atmosphere, i love it specially since it is my day off, i just like to sit by my window and sip my cup of coffee and have something piping hot......that's how i extract the maximum fun out of the monsoon rains, and during evenings i go out with my friends on a bike ride, not when it is lightening or if there is a thunder, most of the time it isn't, it just rains and then the next moment you see sun peeping through.......
