Only certain food or a lot?

I used garlic in marinating meats of all sorts, especially when i am making my own homemade tocino or chorizo. I love the smell when it is blend to the mixture. I also like to eat with fried nuts and as additional spices to my food. I like it fried brown and better crunchy exterior. Aside, from the benefits I get from it. It is wide known as good for reducing cholesterol and the best for people with coronary problems.

I use garlic a lot only when i steam fish and chicken. Because it makes the fish and chicken tastes nicer and more delicious. When i cook fried rice, i also use garlic quite a lot because it can makes the fried rice more tastier. So far, i haven't tried baking garlic bread. Maybe, i will give it a try when i am free. Hmmm, i think tomorrow i want to try bake garlic bread to surprise my hubby....

I like garlic too, whenever I eat vegetables, I usually put some kind of garlic salt or garlic powder on it. It adds so much to it! And when you add garlic, you don't even need to bother with adding butter or fattening condiments like that. And I'm pretty sure it's good for you..If not, it always wards off vampires!

I've been eating most of my vegetables raw lately. Raw veggies are significantly higher in nutrition than cooked ones. I'm a big fan of covering my raw greens in Braggs and garlic powder. I'm growing lots and lots of my own veggies on my back porch right now. I need to start growing garlic.

Yes, i do use garlic a lot whenever i cook most of the dishes for myself (e.g. pasta, cream chicken, cream stew, and other dishes as well). I like to use garlic because i like the aroma, the taste of sauteed garlic, and added benefits of garlic which i am confident about. To be honest that i put too much garlic everytime i help my mother at the kitchen to prepare the dishes whether it's lunch or dinner which my relatives and my family members including my mother that they're complaining that the dishes were overpowering with garlic because i put too much garlic a lot (hihihi, the good old times).

I love garlic. I use it in just about everything. I find if I use the garlic powder or salt, it doesn't smell so bad after you eat it. But, fresh garlic is my favorite. I think if you grate it up nice and fine, almost to a paste and then stir it into some melted butter it tastes unbelievable when it's all brushed over garlic bread. Then you top it with some mozzerella cheese and it's awesome. I could et just that for a meal by itself, lol!

I think nobody would like the smell of Garlic. I use lots of garlic in my day food.Garlic has lots of medicinal values and too good to be ignored. It improves your immune system. Do you know one fact? A few centuries ago when the kings capture an enemy's palace after winning the war, they would first capture the beautiful women, then they will go to kitchen and capture all the garlic. It helped them to heal the war wounds soon.

Garlic adds a nice flavor to omelets, hash browns or scrambled eggs. Depending, I use it in olive oil or butter saute.

I started to be a garlic addict when i found out that i have a high blood pressure. I been using garlic in all of my recipes now. I also eat it raw. I like it in my saute recipes, i dont use a lot of oil though. I also like to pick all the garlic when i see it in the plate when i eat out with my husband. Its so tasty. The trick too when you want your fried chicken and fish smell good and tastier, go get garlic and chop them and put them in the frying pan. Its really good and its so healthy. Happy mylotting and happy garlic eating!

I don't use fresh garlic, however I do use this garlic/parsely salt in alot of the food that I make for my husband and myself. It's really good, and we only use it, no salt added. We both love how it makes our food taste as well as the added benefits of garlic being incorporated into our diets! I should start using fresh garlic instead or maybe even jarrred minced garlic- I know it's healthier and gives more benefit than garlic powder or salt!

I love garlic, however I do not have a lot of recipes or even know very much about cooking with garlic. I will use garlic salt on buttered bread. I put it on buttered bread and brown it in the oven for toast when we have spaghetti. The only other idea I have come up with is putting the garlic salt on hamburgers when I am fixing them on the grill. I used to have a shrimp scampi recipe that called for garlic. So I would chop it up as fine as I could get it and put it in the scampi. But the scampi never really tasted as good as what I could buy at the store or restaurant, so I quit trying. :( Hope you enjoy your garlic! Have a great day!

I use garlic in every posible way. It´s not because it´s healthy although they say it is. It´s because I love it. I use it raw, fried, roasted. Crushed and whole. And when a garlic clove "grows" I plant it and use the green stems and the garlic too.
