If i were to offer you £50,000 no strings attached as a gift for cosmetic curgery only ..
Firstly would you take it and secondly what procedures would you have done? See it as your ticket to change all of the things that you dont like but cannot afford to change

Hi polo princess, well I was about to grab the money and say thanks very much and start out on a spending spree, then I noticed the word only. Can I have it for laser surgery on my eyes so I can see better, does that count as cosmetic. There is no way that even if the money was free I would spend it on having anything done, my body is fine as it is and the idea of being cut open without it being absolutely necessary - big time yuck to that idea.

See i am the total opposite, i could handle someone cutting open my body but messing with my eyes is a big no no. I would be so scared that i could go blind and never see again. I know it doesnt happen often, perhaps 1 in a few million but it scares the life out of me. My mum has just had her done and i was amazed at how quickly it is done.

Yes she has the laser surgery and she said it was amazingly quick, one eye took 30 seconds to laser and the other took 20. She said the whole procedure from start to finish was about 20 minutes. She said she can see great now but they have said it takes 2 months to reach its best.

i would totaly take it..so long as there were no string attatched..but idon't know if i would need that much...wait..once it is converted to us dollars i dunno what that would be.
But iwould use it to fix my teeth. they are very crooked, i have a horrendous over bite that can cause issues, and i have a few that are chipped/broken and need to be repaired. I would love to be able to smile again, and not feel like people are looking at how horrible my teeth look and making judgements on me.
Other than that i don't htink i would do anything..yeah..my boobs may be small..and i may joke about them, but i woudln'twant to change them...i may be over weigt, but i woudln't want to go through the pain of liposuction or tummy tucks...i can be happy the way i am ...if only i could smile big as i wish to do with out being self conscious about it.

I would say thanks but no thanks I was put on this earth looking the way I am for a reason. I like the way I look so does my partner and so do my children so I have no need for it, I would ask you to give it to charity as opposed to me! Thanks for the offer though lol.

Its refreshing to see that people would not take the offer especially when in todays society there is so much pressure on women to look good, i know i fell under that category a few years ago :)

Personally I think it would be so cool, but I hate surgery so I wouldn't take it. If I didn't hate pain so much it would be great to get rid of the stretch marks on my stomach that my children created and I would get a chest job because they aren't as full as they used to be before I nursed my children. Looks aren't everything that's important, but it would be so neat not to feel a little ashamed of my body when I'm fully undressed in front of my husband. Yet, like I said I can't stand surgery pain (I had an emergency c-section with my eldest son and that was worst pain I've ever had!) so I'll have to pass.

Does Lasik count? I would have my eyes fixed so I could see well again. I might also have the knee replacement I know is coming in the near future. Other than that, I don't have a problem with the way I look, and have a lot of problems with cosmetic surgery just to look better.

Neither of these is quite cosmetic surgery, but I would have some moles removed and do laser hair removal so I wouldn't have to shave some places.
