I will prefer to have my first baby at the age of maybe 27 to 28 because once I read in a magazine that it is important that a woman give birth to their first babiy before attaining the age of 30 because else the child has a risk of not falling pregnant herself, so I have already talked to my partner about it. However I also believe that miracles exist so maybe even after 30 it will be fine.

Just don't wait too much past 30, once you hit 35 you are automatically considered a high risk pregnancy. Honestly 35 isn't that old but the risk factors for birth defects ect increase. I had my last @ 31 & I felt that was too old *LOL*

thanks for your responses dear friends. i fully go with you that after thirty the risk increases becasue this is the same thing that my doctor also told me. i waslaso planning to have a baby after thirty but she said that it will be too late and there will be risk also. so now we are having a baby and she and she is one and a half year old.

I think the best age to have a baby is between 25 - 30, because that is the best age to get a baby. If we are too young and have a baby, I afraid we still not ready mentally to have a baby and if too old I afraid to the mother's health.

I got kids late also. But I resigned from full time job. Rather, I spend more time with them. It is always the best if we are hand-on with our kids.

hi dear freind, we are also having a baby and we have just one daughter and we are happy with it. it is too expensive to have more kidsand meet their needs and ful fill all the responsibilities too. i too dont do any work out now. i am a full time mother and give full attention to our daughter.

I think you should have all your babies before the age of thirty five.Medically speaking, they say that the pelvic bones becomes much stronger after that age and you will face trouble in normal delivery. In an other angle,we need ample space between the siblings and a three or four age gap is enough. So,consider your first child's age and go for the second.Cheers!

For a woman any time around 24 would be perfectly fine to have a baby. Now the major factor here is the financial stability of the family. Think of a child only once the family is settled.

I think I would like to have my first kid in my late 20s. That's late enough that I have had plenty of time to have fun and have a steady job, etc. but not so late that there will be high risks for complications and genetic disorders in the baby.

Medically the right age to have a child is during the early to mid twenties. Practically it might be from the mid twenties to the early thirties. The mid to late thirties would be a bit late to have a baby. The teenage years are early to have a baby. Pregnancy can happen and when it does it is best to make a lovely home ready for the baby. I had my first son at 22, my second son at 34 and my daughter at 36.

I am 27 and I got married a year ago with my husband (which I met 4 years ago). We will now move to our new house and we decided to spend time alone in our house, live it and enjoy it in the maximum and then after a couple of years start trying to have a baby. My hubby is 33 yrs old now, but I thing age doesn't matter. A baby should come when you feel ready inside. You will always have little time due to work, pending issues and obligations that must be done. So whether you have a baby soon or later, the time given for the baby is really a lot! Your life changes and you will give your best shot to do all of it. Work, pending tasks, care of the baby and of course not to omit your attention to your partner. That's a woman's life unfortunately. It's hard, but every one can do it. Just believe it, and try to do your best.

I had my oldest at 26. I think it was the perfect age or perhaps a yr or two sooner would of been nice too. Then they'd be out of the house when I was a bit younger *LOL*

A baby will demand 200% of your attention and has to be nurtured with care and affection. For that you have to be young enough to run behind it in the growing years. I think the right age to have a baby is 25. After 30, it becomes riskier to have babies.

I dont really think there is a right age to have a baby, as a lot of it id down to each individual couple and when the time is right for them. If i had to choose i would say 20 - 30 years old, I feel that between these ages you are in your prime, youve had enough time to build yourself a life, job, home etc and then you can begin to settle down.
I had my daughter when i was 22, well i still am 22 but i felt it was the right time for me.

Personally,I think an educated person should become mature and rational and have enough money before having a baby.
now I am making websites to earn money to buy the house and car which are necessary.
my sites are following and hope to be useful to you.
