How is your eye sight? Good or Bad?

Hai sunstar, I had a big black thick framed glasses which i ever hated i was wearing glasses when i was a small girl,everyone use to make fun of telling me i was a bookworm for which i was gifted with glasses,but i practised yoga from my grandma did eye exercises which to my surprise made me free from power of my eyes so, now every thing is fine for me i do not wear glasses now inspite of using PC most of the time,also reading.Thanks to my grandma for my good eyes.

Hi sunstar, I don't have good eye sight. I have to wear glasses while reading books, newspaper, watching tv and surfing net. Without glasses I couldn't read the words on the board clearly since my middle school days. Yeah, during those days I indulged in reading romance and kung fu novels. I couldn't refrain myself from reading them, as all the stories were so attractive. I always stayed up late. What's more I had the bad habit, reading books lying on the bed Anyway it's really inconvenient to put on glasses, especially when swimming. I know wearing contact lens would be more convenient. I had tried them before but I was still not used to them. Happy posting

so far its doing good I can ready with out eye glasses, but in some situations I need to use eyeglasses to read some writings that are very small. I am very much thankful that I am using my pair of eyes even without eyeglasses for reading.

hi sunstar 402! i still have a 20/20 vision though i had astigmatism during my teen years where i used eyeglasses, but is manageable now. no ore eyeglasses, no more astigmatism only migrane attack from time to time. my family and friends are amaze about my vision because despite my love for crochet and my job requires more computer work i still maintain that 20/20 vision.

My eyes are both at the 0,0 or whatever the best result can be is. And how long have i been using a computer - ever since i was 4 years old, which gives me 16 years of computer usage. And my eyesight is as good, as it was 10 years ago or more. And as for how much i spend per day using the computer - more than the usual computer user.

Yeah,I wear glasses,too.In fact,I've been wearing it since I'm on the sixth grade when I was in primary school.I don't know why I got short-sighted.Maybe because I read a lot when I was young or didn't pay attention to the right sitting gesture.And now,I guess my eyesight is still declining since I spend most of my time reading or surfing on the Internet. Being short-sighted can really cause some inconvenience.Especially when it is winter,I eat noodles or drink hot water and then the heat just blur my sight.I barely take my glasses off until I go to sleep. I have a very bad eye sight. I can only see or read things in a near distance. I wear glasses when I am using my computer to protect my eyes from the computer's radiation. I also use my eyeglasses if I am going to look at the menu of some fastfood like McDonalds... going to look at some road signs and billboards on the road. My eye sight is 200/200 which is way too bad for a perfect vision of 20/20 instead. I don't really like wearing eyeglasses as I don't feel comfortable with it but I need it. I am afraid to use contact lenses so I never tried even once. The reason of my bad eyesight is astigmatism which runs in our family.

I don't have a good eyesight. I am near-sighted. But I seldom wear glasses unless it's necessary. I will wear glasses when I watch TV. I don't like wearing glasses all the time as I think it will make my eyesight worse. I love China

Hi there and smile! I really need to take care of my eyes before it gets worst. I really have 20/20 vision on my left but my right eye is worst. I noticed when i do eye exercises, it improves my eye sight thats why i always search on how to improve eye sight naturally. They said billberry is good. Are there bilberry juice available at the market? Happy mylotting and smile always!

I can say that i have a good eyesight, even i am using the computer all day, and my eyes are in good condition, i don't wear eyeglasses, i can read and do anything.

My eye sight is quiet perfect now but it may be affected in future as I use to sit on my PC continuously for hours.

I have never had to wear glasses my entire life, but a few years ago I noticed I had a lot of eye strain when looking at the computer. It was so bad that I would get headaches and also get lightheaded. I went to an eye doctor and discovered I had astigmatism in one eye. So the gave me some eyeglasses so I can see the computer better and one of the lenses helps with the astigmatism. Now I do not get the eye strain, the headaches or the lightheadedness.

i do have a bad eye-sight, i guess i got this because of my poor reading habit and long hours stay in front of my PC. But i never wear contact lenses, i prefer eye-glasses more.

Hello sunstar lol I use a metallic frame spects, it is gold plated, at age of 65 i have both long sight as well as short sight problem, more over i use my computer most of the time, so i need one to see the computer screen clearly, to solve all these i use spectacle with a graded lens, this is ultra light, ultra thin, scratch proff, and has protective coating for uv filtration too, but it is costly.. Hmm.. i have bad eye sight. its blurry and my eyes is always blinking. its so funny to watch my eyes.

I am happy to say that i have a good eyesight for now and it's because i am still 22 that's why i am feeling alright.. And i am still hoping to have this in the future even if am already old.. Lol..

i am wearing glasses. I only wear contact lenses if I go to special occasions, such as parties, etc. My eye sight is not very good and it seems like the power getting bigger and bigger! I am quite worried about it too sometimes.

usually i wear glasses, but now not, because i have repair my glasses. the reason is classic, i like reading since i can spelling alphabet

I have amazing eyesight and I love it! I am very thankful that I don't need to worry about wearing glasses or maintaining contacts. Like others have said, if you use the computer alot try not to sit too close to the screen.

I actually have a bad eye sight, I've worn glasses since I was six years old, I have -7,5 myopia, but it's ok to me I already got used to it. I prefer wearing glasses than contact lenses because I don't enjoy putting my finger inside my eye :)
