Sometimes a oman will get her period a little early compaired to th month before. Rmember the calender months all do not have the same amount of days in each month. Also a womans period can come a little early under sressful times or when it is trying to read adjust its self. Mine does this abiout twice a year. My doctor said it was normal. As long as it is not heavy and not pssing large clots. You should not have anything to wory about. But if you are concerned. Please don't hesitate and go see a gyn.

hello, it is true that every women's period will vary to a degree and that is normal, but there are some things you can do to ensure your own health and that your variations are normal. first be aware of the milk you are drinking and be sure they do not put any growth hormones in the cow it will say this on the label. second do the same for your chicken read the label it will tell you they have used not growth hormones, these will cause you to have problems with your cycle and other issues. third consume soy at least 4 times weekly it helps to balance you hormones. fourth take primrose oil capsules one to two daily this will also regulate you cycle and lessen pms, you can find these at health food stores, walmart, whole foods. if you decide to take birth control be careful not to smoke this will increase your chances for blood clots. if you do not smoke you can use the inj. depro-provera it lasts for three months and most women don't have periods while using this.

No need to worry. It is normal for it to range between 20-30 days. Some people even menstruate twice a month. The only way for it to be the same count every month would be by taking birth control pills.

Every womans period is different. Some have it every 35 days. The only way to get it on track is birth control. You could speak to your doctor but they will tell you nothing is wrong with it being every 20-22 days. Im on birth control and get mine every 25 days or so. So its no big deal.
