Prayers Please.........

Wow, now that is rough. From here I can only hope for the best for Rex. Hopefully the two will get through this. As for the last question, miracles are called that because they never happen. However, if there is an incredible amount of a desire for it and a little "luck" (I'll say for simplicity), then a miracle could happen. Of course even this is difficult to prove and may not even work at all. In any case, its just as well to refer to my statement above and hope for the best. Take care Dizzy and Rex!

oh sparky how awful one of my favorite people and lori loves Rex so much.of course I will send my prayers too.what a dreadful'thing to happen. Thats sounds so painful it makes my own face hurt. I hope that they can do reconstructive surgery and fix him up so 'he will not suffer too much damage.How about if all of us send our prayers, all us mylotters,maybe we can make that miracle happen. sparky I am crying,its just htat you and Lori and a few[others here are just like family to me and it hurts when they are'hurting just like they are family.my prayers go out to Lori andRex and to you and your too. Yeah. My prayers are with him. I too have not come across him. But it does feel as if we are all linked somehow, does it not. Definitely, I will remember him in my prayers. May god show mercy. Thanks for thinking so much about him, and letting us know.

Ouch! And lets hope and pray that he doesn't lose his eyesight over this. That truly las to be terrifying to go through. I will add them to my prayers along with you and your son. I don't know how many it takes but I think if our voices are strong and meant they will be heard.

This is an awful accident...oh I feel for them. I have them in my prayers and I will light a candle as soon as I am done here. It only takes one prayer for a miracle! Truly it does.

Oh my God, this is a shock. I don't know the lotter and I think I have not even come across his discussions but he is a member of the community and I do care for everyone here. I hope he gest through the operation and very soon he will be able to come back on the site. Even one sincere prayer can go very far. But it would be much better if God receives a ton of prayers. In terms of how many prayers does it take? I believe it only takes one, but I also believe that there is great power in multiple prayers. Thanks for letting us know what was going on Sparks. Hey spark, Iam really shocked and depressed. Lori is one my sweetest friend here and I wish her all the good luck. I hope God gives her all the strength in this time of crisis and we get to hear some good news. Lets pray to god for her and Rex. Tutul

In the Bible it is written that "the prayer of the righteous is effective". I guess it does not really depend on the number of people praying. Some miracles happen while one is praying quietly. At other times even prayers that have not been ask for. God is sovereign, He does things according to His will and timing... and His motivation is always His great love. We will pray for Rex although as new to mylot I personally don't even remember him. But I thank God because He surely does remember and love Rex in a manner none of us may even understand. He knows what is best for him. We entrust Rex into His hands!

I don't really do the math, but while I was taking the board exam there were 300 of us to pray for a miracle to happen and we all pass. I know that 300 people is so much for a miracle to work. I believe that only one true prayer can make a miracle. If you sincerely pray to Almighty God the father with all your heart and your prayers are of good intentions then he might grant you that miracle. He is very understanding and loving father there's no way that your prayer will be left behind if you pray from the deepest corner of your heart where you find inner peace and talk to him there. I'll be very greatful to pray for them for their health and fast recovery. I may not be a miracle worker, but I hope my prayer can help a fellow mylotters.
