What are your favorite hobbies dring the cold winter weather?

about the same thing I do now as we dont get to much cold weather here till about Dec may Jan. as it cools down tho I think I will take more walks!

Hello my friend, excuse my ignorance but what are Afghans? You sound very creative! With the winter coming I will be actually going out MORE would you believe, I tend to spend less time outside in the Summer and more outside in the Winter. I have a few college courses going on and so I will be participating in hobbies as part of my courses, and now that I have found a talent for art, I shall be doing more artwork! I also need to spend more time reading as it was a hobby I used to love before the internet took up all my time!

I do scrapbooking and stamping and writing....I am ready to have the snow fly and to stay all tucked in this winter....it's been so busy this summer I need some down time! LOL

Same thing I do everyday, sit here and work! I think, though, that I'll play some music this winter, too. And I do work on presents like you do. So you have rain in the winter, I guess. I get snow, lots of beautiful snow!

We don't have winter in my country but we do have rainy days and cold weather too. During this time I love to stay home and bond with the kids, read books and surf the internet. And I also love to snuggle in bed and sleep when it's cold.

I shall most likely be crocheting afghans and selling them on EBay.

I tend to stay in and only go out when i have to.I come on the internet then i tend to make cards that my friends.Also i tend to have friends come round to see me rather than go out to the pub.

Oh man, I love hanging out by the ocean watching the sky change these times of year. I also like jogging. Its such a great feeling jogging. I also play tennis when I can. I love hanging out in the cold air. I like to rock flip flops and a skirt with a hoodie because here in Florida it doesnt get that cold. Shopping and putting up the christmas tree, plus making cookies and stuff to eat is amazing. The family time is great. Ugh now you have me all excited about this season. I always see the season starting as in October! So close!
