I cried so much for this movie.. i felt like such a big sap. I dont watch movies often because i sort of get "involved" in the movie, and i'm always left feeling sad or empty when they're over.. kind of like.. is that it ? But even though this movie really pulled at my emotions, it at least had closure.
do movies make you cry like a baby ? and if so what was the last one to do it to you ?

I recently posted about the book "Marley and Me". It is my favorite all time book and I could read it and re-read it. I laughed and cried during the book. I did see the movie, and I haven't cried that hard in such a long time over a movie. It was a really GOOD movie! If you haven't seen it, then I suggest go and rent it. I don't think it was poorly made at all. Like the book, it made me laugh and cry. I have a 4 year old Golden Retriever named Emma Sue and if I lost her it would be very hard for me. Like losing part of our family. But, if you haven't seen it, I would suggest go and rent it. It is a really good movie!

I remember when my husband, his parents, and I watched the movie. It was a sad movie, and a little fast paced. I know it made me cry. We had our dogs in the room with us and I think our cat at one point. I have been known to get involved in a movie like that too, so I thought I'd let you know your not alone in that aspect. I don't watch many movies anymore.

Yes, this was a good movie. And, yes I cried also. I'm a sap as well. I cry in movies alot- my husband and son always make fun of me because of it. One movie I remember crying really bad in was A Walk to Remember! Oh man was that a tear jerker- but a great movie.

I love movies. I have quite the collection. I have often cried. One that I watched with my mom "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" from the 40's usually does me in. More because my mom lives in another state and it makes me miss her more.

Movies can't often make me cry, I know it's just a movie and it's trying to elicit emotion from me. But last weekend I watched a 1927 silent movie called "Uncle Tom's Cabin" about slavery back in the 1800's. It made me cry several times and I had to stop a few times. No graphic violence like we have now but the way they treated those poor people, both black and white slaves, was heartbreaking. And the ending made you smile through your tears, it was a very good movie. I really need to read the book.

It's one of my favorite movies. Jennifer and Owen are both great in this movie. It agreat family movie plus the dog is cute. Its a little sad. But still an amazing story. This particular movie is just rare where you kind of hit all the notes. It was unbelievably creatively fulfilling. It's a mainstream film and I loved everybody I worked with. This one was sort of a home run. They don't always all happen that way."

Hmm, haven't seen that movie yet. Guess I'll check it out sometime.
Me, I don't cry watching movies. Unless, of course, I'm cooking a dish that needs chopped onions while watching, I'll definitely be down with tears. Heh heh. Emotionally, I'm rather detached. I don't easily get affected unless a certain situation in a movie reminds me of an event in real life that made a really big impact on me, I just might but most times I hold it back. I hate showing people how I really feel. If ever there was a movie that made me cry, I couldn't remember it anymore. Probably way way back when I was a kid.
