How often do you check your email?

I do it about 25 times a day...lolz.. i can't help it..i work online..and i could easily check my email on the other tab...

Twice a day, usually. I get online twice a day, so it only makes sense. I always have at least ten new emails every time I sign on, but yeah. xD

Well if you have a problem then I do to because I am constantly checking my email, and facebook and myspace! I don't do it on my phone though, just when I'm home. I don't even close out of my email account so I can just sit down for a minute and see if I have anything new and good!

I check my email several times a day to avoid bulk of unread messages and to keep me updated with my messages.

i check my email once a day,for me it is enough and necessary,for it is busy when i work,i usually check my email every night,it always takes me an hour to look throngh my emai and give reply to some ,it has become a part of my life,if i dont do that,i feel im mot at ease.

It depends on different circumstances. When I work in the office, I usually check my mailbox several times a day. For my client often contact me by email, the outcome will be very serious if I miss some important emails. So it has already been my habit. When I stay at home at weekends, the frequency is reduced to once or twice a day for I don't need to worry about missing emails from clients.

i do come online daily but now-a-days i hardly check my e-mail once in two days, because these days people have been changed like people now prefer social networking sites than e-mail, where they can chat ,scrap and do many other things and that too instantly. but i still feel e-mail plays an important role when you have some business and want some privacy !

When I had internet at home, I used to chek my email atleast one hour. I am supposed to open my work email all the time when I am at work because I will be getting email in evry 5 minutes. Now, I don't have internet at home and I don't recieve any personal or serious emails which I need to respond to. So, I open my email ocne in a week.

I do check mails every day. I operate around 4 to 5 mails, as I work at office and personal. So I need to keep checking of emails arrived online. But some times it wont possible to me check them always as its having big trouble of security. We cant access mails at every location. So better we keep information confidential at our pcs. So I operate my pc often so I do check my official mails regularly later I do with my personal mails.

I check my email twice everyday.I have joined many paid email sites so I like to go through it everyday.I spend 1 to 2 hour everyday going through it.Also I like to send emails to my friends.

I check my email once in the morning and once again in the evening. If I am not at work, I might check it once more around mid-day, but not always. You check yours every hour? What are you looking for? I get so much spam, I am never really in a rush to check it, I guess Gulp, hate to take sides, but I guess I am with the BF on this one. No offense, of course!

I check once a day if it is available. It is more a necessity than a habit for me.

i just came to know that checking mails a lot of times daily is a big problem as your Boy friend says. Oh my god i am also suffering from this problem. i check my mail daily for more than 10 times. in hope something important is waiting for me. anyways now onwards i will check 7-8 times daily.

i check it very often, for it is important way to communicate with others, especially with the people i have entered business with.

Once an hour can be perceived as a little obssessive-like, indeed. Try pushing forward an hour a day, perhaps. As for me, I check it twice or thrice a day at most. Never more nor less than that.

i check my mail twice a day in the morning and evening . but if i am waiting for any important mails i will just keep my mail signed in the whole day.

I usually check my email every time I go to browse my sites. I'll keep my email clean from any unknown message.

I would check it for every three to four hours and I am also like you. I just wanted to see if anyone left me a message and after joining mylot I check my mail more often to see if any of my discussions are answered or if there are any comments on my responses. Anyway I feel that when we have access to internet, there is nothing wrong in checking our mails. Ofcourse it is my opinion. Everyone has their own opinions

I check my E-mail at least 5 times an hour. You know, people who join myLot can receive emails when there are new comments, new responses, or just a friend request. So, I often receive one piece of email per hour. If there are emails indeed and you chkek it, of course, it is nothing. But people may have problems if they always check and see if anyone has left me anything when there have no messages. They may be addicted to it. So, you'd better learn to do something else when you want to check it again.
