The most memorable movie line for me was that of Clint Eastwood in Sudden Impact. "Go ahead, make my day", was truly one of the most popular catch phrase when that movie came out.
Another one would be in Jerry Maguire when Renée Zellweger told Tom Cruise "You had me at hello". What is your most favorite movie lines?

I was also going to write the same movie line from Forrest Gump! But when I saw that you posted it already, I decided to just comment on your post :D I've always loved that movie, and it never fails to bring me to tears every time I watch it. :)

I like the line from the movie the dark knight," here's my card." And dude slaps down the joker card. Real corney, but I like it.
It fits into this spoof I saw once on the same scene, the character was walking around the table saying here's my card and the guys were saying back to him there isn't a phone number on here.
Here's another line to a movie," Nobody puts baby in the corner." CORNEY!

From the movie Apollo 13: Failure is not an option.
A Bug's Life: First rule of leadership: everything is your fault.

Here are some of the most memorable lines for me.
Jack Dawson: “I love waking up in the morning not knowing where I’m gonna go or who I’m gonna meet. Just the other night, I was sleeping under a bridge, and now here I am, on the grandest ship in the world, having champagne with you fine people.” – Titanic
The Blind Side
Leigh Anne Tuohy: “Am I a good person? It’s not a joke. Not rhetorical…”
Sean: “You are the best person that I know. Everything you do… You do it for others,”
Leigh Anne Tuohy: “And why is that?”
Sean: “I have not a clue. But um… you obviously get some sort of sick satisfaction out of it.”

There is so many memorable line in that movie, i remember watching it so many times. I also like the line when Tom said to Renee "you complete me". Definitely one of the most romantic movie of all time.

Can I choose tv ones? I can't think of any movie ones right now!
Ok, so one is from a TV thing called 'Flesh and Blood', which was a TV film in which Christopher Eccleston (of whom I am a huge fan) played a guy who was adopted and looking for his birth parents, and finds out they are learning disabled - it was done for a BBC2 series on disability, I believe. The line is where he says to his father 'You're my Dad. I just wanted to say it out loud'. The reason I like it is that I am also adopted and totally relate to the feeling behind the line.
And my other one is from Doctor Who - I could give you loads of these, but ...
'the one thing you can't stop them doing is thinking'! (Tenth Doctor)

One of my favorite lines is from the movie "The Notebook". "If your a bird, I'm a bird." I'm not sure why I like it so much, but it always makes me smile. I guess it reminds me of my personality and something I would say to a lover.

Do you remember " The Good, The Bad and the Ugly " when Clint had some great lines in talking to his Mexican bandit co-actor ( I've forgotten his name now, actually I think he passed away a few years ago ). The other actors with classy lines was Paul Newman and that British guy from " Alfie. " I've lost his name too, he married a beauty queen from Guyana.

For me, the most memorable movie lines is THOSE SAWS movies. =) Especially the ending of each movie, was normally the key of the whole movie itself. While watching it, I just couldn't wait to reach the final part, because it must have been the key. Apparently, I didn't remember about a lot of tricky conversations. =)

Hi!
I have watched a lot of movies and there are a couple that I really like. There are some movies that are memorable as a whole, but you can't help but to remember some lines in the movies :)
Here are my favorite lines:
*Forrest Gump - Lt. Dan: "Have you found Jesus yet Gump?"
Forrest Gump: "I didn't know I was supposed to be looking for him sir."
*Bad Boys 2: We ride together, we die together. Bad boys for life.
*Castaway: You just have to keep on breathing because tomorrow the sun will rise and who knows what the tide will bring.
*E.T.: "ET phone home" and "How do you explain school to a higher intelligence?"
*Pay It Forward: I guess it's hard for people who are so used to things the way they are -- even if they're bad -- to change. 'Cause they kind of give up. And when they do, everybody kind of loses.
*Moulin Rouge: The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is just to love and be loved in return.
*Joe Black: I can't believe you people. I come for you, and you want to stay, I let you stay and you want to go.
Whee I can write more but I'd take up really a lot of space. I think I already did. Hahahaha! Happy myLotting! :)

My favorite movie line is from the movie 50 first date. How touching it is when Henry said "It's by being with you that I can live a full and happy life. You are the girl of my dreams and apparently, I am the man of yours".
I also love the quote from Forest Gump "Life is like a box of chocolate, Whenever know what is inside".
