Does Bannana helps in reducing weight?

Hi mylotters i herd that bannana is good for deiting . It reduces weight. Lots of calories are lost when bannana is consumed. Share your thoughts this topic and share any other benefits of bannana.

Banana does not help to reduce weight it increases weight.Banana contains a lot of calories that is the reason why thin people are advised to eat banana.If you do not believe you can ask any doctor.

I love bananas, I always take 1 after every meal, bananas are well known as energy boosters that's why some athletes usually takes some when competition is around, same thing works for me, I always find lot's of energy doing some task inside or outside of home but i'm not sure if it will help you reduce weight, maybe if you take only bananas the whole day, definitely it's not enough to fill your daily food requirements and thus will reduce your weight.

What is the morning banana diet??
Eat as many bananas as you want for breakfast in the morning along with water.
Eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner ...just have dinner before 8pm
pretty simple and people are saying it works!!! I dont know personally but if you try it let us know how it works for you!

Fruits in general prevents you from being obese.. I've heard that pineapple has the most effective anti obesitive factor that many companies are going after medicines derived from Pineapple components. Just search for anti obesive medicines.. there are many with pineapple derived components as the major ingredients..

I dont think so having bannana reduces weight.
But i have heard people telling that having bannana before going to sleep daily one can put on their weights

Bananas? Losing weight? In some ways yes. If you consider, that if you eat a banana you will not eat the same amount of unhealthy foods and that you now have much moire energy for physical activities, so that you will spend more calories, than yes, you will lose weight. But Consider this, because bananas full filled you mucles of glycogen after a working out and that muscle creation uses some parts of fat, then again, yes, you will lose weight. So if you really want to lose weight I say this to you, eat right and bananas are great!
