Do you believe in the power of gem stones?

I dont believe.... but as you stated there is no harm...it ok to believe. but to buy those stones selling everything to get those stones is a stupid thing

Ya, there's no harm in believing the hidden power of gem stones, provided we judge thing with rationality. However it would a irrational to believe gem stones sold at extraordinarily high price. Therefore, we should be aware of scam which might trick us into paying more than we should. From psychological standpoint, we will feel lucky when we are equipped with our lucky gem stone. This will boost our morality and therefore, the confidence induced will eventually helps us in our life or career. I haven't heard of the gem stone that you described above. However, the normal one that I know is about the birth month gem stone. I am a Leo, and the birth month lucky stone is Ruby.

Rose quartz are believed to improve love relationship actually rose quartz is more for friendship and gentle love, self love etc so if you got them for intimate love you might end up disappointed... do I believe in the "power" of crystals? NO..but thats only because the word power is implying that they are magical or something...they arent..Everything ahs energy..crystals included and thats what its all about..its not some supernatural magical thing... Do I believe crystals can help...YES in fact I know they can since I've been using them for many yrs now...

I believe in the Human power. Its ability to reach unheard of heights and depthe. All avhievers did not seek the power of stones and pebbles. They achieved through their will power.[b][/b]

When the going is good, nobody believes in gem stones, or astrology or any other such things. When your time is bad, and thing do not work out properly, you tend to cling to straws also. This is one of the reasons, people believe in gem stones. In our place some people used to wear a nine different gem stone ring, which was supposed to bring good luck. I believe in such things, and I am wearing a green emerald ring for good luck. I did not buy the ring through the internet store, but went to a reputed shop and purchased it. It is not a cheap thing, and it costed me nearly $500.

Since i was born in a shamanic family and tribe, i do believe that some stones and roots and other objects are bearing certain power which can influence the human life, i mean to be logical a certain metal, or plants, or place can cause allergic and illness to some people then wouldn't it be logical if some other metal or stones or whatever makes people more relaxed, more cohesive, induced epiphany or other effects.

I do like to look at gem stones; they are cool looking and some have really nice colors to it. I don't know about their meanings, and I think ladies and men love to wear them in different fashion ways. I don't believe in the power of the stones though. I think they are just nice and fashionable looking stones..

I see many people who believe that gem stones work for them but I personally do not believe in them. They are just good to look at but other than that they are not worth anything else. If you want to buy them just to make yourself look at little bit more fashionable then you should go for it. People have been fooled from ages that gem stones have special powers.

Nah i don't believe also, but if it fits good then, wear it. But i don't think that stones have that effect in one's life. It cannot stir human capabilities, it's a personal or an emotional perspective. On medical terms there are stones or minerals that can help the body.but not the mind or the situation. hehhe

Personnaly, I don't believe in the POWER of gem stones. My grand-father used to called this kind of believes: Crap to buy at the flee market. I find this funny, but I wouldn't say it is 100% crap. First of all, if it get someone to feel good, or the feel hapy, it is not crap. It's pretty simple, here is another exemple: there are many religions all over the world, not everybody believe in the same religion and some don't believe in one at all, but still, everybody finds something that suits them into it, from values to culture. It's the same thing with gem stones. I think they are more like a popular belief. It can't harm anybody and in fact, if you have a very hard time and that someone talks to you about gem stones and tells you it will get you to feel better and that you tell yourself: I'll try it won't hurt, then just by letting yourself believe that there is a possibility that you can feel better because of the gem stone, you will start to feel better. It's like when you feel sassy and someone tells you to smile. If you smile you will start to feel better, it's a psychological proven fact. So, as I said I don't believe in the POWER of gem stones, but more in the power of the mind that can be influenced by good thoughts because of the caracteristics given to the gem stones.

I believe everything has a purpose and I believe some stones do work for differant things, long ago for many believes and tools and lots of other things. I believe certain ones can cause headaches and some can help with pain. It is much in your faith and believing it to work also.

I've been using gems for a while, to be honest I've had some really good meditations with them, and they also help me balance my mind, but I don't think they can do much on a physical plane. I think they can give you peace of mind more than healing phisical ailments.
