darmakawasa human is basically evil, that's why we got various religions, belief, rules and laws imposed at us, i mean take a look at primordial time at Cain and Abel, they kill one another over vegetables offering and woman, and it has nothing to do with money.

darmakawasa Itachi is great, awaken his mangekyou sharingan and able to even with madara and even cut off orochimaru hands and defeat him hands on, too bad itachi not playing too much part in naruto. and he ended up dying by disease and fighting with sasuke.

darmakawasa Orochimaru is genius for his time, but he develop a wrong jutsu of immortality, changing bodies and he finally defeated by sasuke then killed by itachi, but orochimaru genius level is barely comes off as an average for an uchiha.

darmakawasa I am a firm supporter for death penalty as well, some people just deserve to die, and in my opinion anyone who's punished with the death penalty should be killed instantly without further ado, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
