Im so happy today cause i saw my crush Aubrey Miles. Crazy might it sound but who cares..LOL I must say, she is much hotter in person. It is not so shocking to see celebrities in Rockwell Power Plant Mall, i think it is the only mall in the Philippines where you can find many celebrities. Maybe because they can shop freely there without even getting bothered by fans. But you know what i notice in that mall? foreigners. There are so many foreigners, that i feel like that im not even in the Philippines anymore. They are not even alone some are with their families and they don't look like tourists. It seems like they stay and live here in our country for a long time. I've heard of this program by the government where they invite foreign retirees to live here in our country. I think it is a very good program, let the foreigners spend their retirement money here in exchange for a right to legally live here in the Philippines. So, i suspect that they live around Rockwell area that's why there are lots of foreigners in that mall. How bout you, do you know a place here in the Philippines where you can find a lot of foreigners?

In a way it can help us but it seems that our government selling our land to foreigners. I'm not surprised anymore if majority of the foreigners own many properties here. They offering that program to the foreigners who want to spend there retirements here. In Cebu, Boracay and Tagaytay many foreigners living there. Boracay is a public domain so it is useless to by land there anymore.

I totally disagree, im open to foreign ownership of land if it is about tourism. They should be allowed to own land for resorts or other residential area. We Filipinos don't have the money to invest in first class resort, that's why we can't invite more tourists here. Look at Boracay, most of the resorts own by Filipinos don't even have a sewerage treatment system cause they don't have enough money to spend for that.

You can find lots of Koreans in Angeles and Dasmarinas, Cavite. Americans can be seen also in Angeles obviously because Clark Air base is in Angeles. I think they love going to Boracay too.

There are a lot of Koreans/Chinese/Japanese here in Manila... other than them, I don't see any other foreigners. Caucasians are hard to find here in Manila. I don't think there are a lot of them. Hmm, there are also Indians here.. they are often on motorcycles..

Intramuros, foreigners love to ride the ever popular "kalesa". Everytime i go to intramuros for college purposes. I see a number of foreigners riding in kalesas. Also in the Luneta park, there is a swarm of them. They're mostly found in the heart of Manila looking around the famous historical spots. There are also many foreigners in Boracay. They love our beaches and sunset.

Boracay has a lot of foreigners , especiallyng during summer. I was there once during rainy season and you can still see a lot of people there. Cebu and Bohol are also popular places for foreigners. Panglao Beaches have a lot of people from different countries hanging around.

I would say Eastwood, Libis and Makati for the urban definitely. But for vacation spots, I would say Boracay, Palawan and Cebu.. But hey, aren't they all over the country? They just love Philippines afterall..

I noticed that also. Rockwell is always the destination of rich and famous, celebrities and foreigners. One time I went there with my sister just to look around and observe, but of course we cannot afford to buy those very expensive items, it was then that we noticed so many foreigners. I think another place in the Philippines with many foreigners is Baguio City. When I'd gone there last year for our annual retreat in the university, I saw lots of foreigners from different corners of Baguio City, most of them are tourists.

Based on what ive seen, here in Mactan Cebu i really surprised because ive seen so many foreigners in that place. as if they are walking in streets like on their on country. in restaurants, videoke haus, plaza, or even in the squatter areas. the place was built just for tourist spots and other amusement just for them.

What I know is that boracay, my friend. Because as seen in T.V. there's a lot of foreigner taking a vacation there and also Bauang, La union. Where many foreigners stay in that place and have their own house there and business. All beaches are own by foreigners. They stay there for long time now and some as I notice is that there wives or husband stay in the united state and just send money to their family in that place like as Filipinos going to other countries...

If a lot means more than 10 of them you can see in a day, then there are a lot of them I see in Mcdonalds LOL. Then I see them strolling in the boulevard, across the street there's a resto which has more foreign costumers than locals. Then bars at night are crowded with them. The school has foreign students as well converging on a small hang out for students. Most resorts are crowded with foreigners because they can afford more than the locals. This place is in a small city in the central Philippines.

I hope you can visit malaysia one day, I agree there are plenty foreigners in the Philippines visiting I think this is because of the season there. I visited malaysia about six times foreigners there is five times the number of foreigners if you compares in the Philippines. I think in malaysia foreigners is more secured when compared to Philippines, because if we take a look on the crime rate Philippines have more percentage if compare to Malaysia.

You can see many foreigners in Boracay and in Palawan. They love the sunset and the beach. They want to spend time swimming and surfing. Actually, there are many places where they can spend time with nature. Like in Bohol and Cebu. Places where there are lots of tourist attraction. Recently, in Cebu one of the famous attraction is the "Dancing Inmates" of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center. The prisoners became internationally famous because of their dancing performance. Lots of foreigners visit this place to see their live performance. I think most of the foreigners that you see are just tourists.

there are so many great places that tourists could go to in the philippines. Bohol,Bagio and Manila bay to name some. But i think boracay is one to be considered in the philippines. foreigners there is dominating the shores of boracay. night life is a very common thing in boracay. it keeps the spirit up of the people going there.
