kerbuds as i've red in an article avocados are often called one of nature's perfect foods because they are said to contain everything a person needs to survive. avocados are also a good food for babies because it is sodium and cholesterol free.

kerbuds definitely cebu is a place where u can find lots of foreigners specially korean nationals. because cebu has a lot to offer such as beautiful beaches and the people are so hospitable that's why foreigners loves cebu city the queen city of the south.
