Hello xjenx123
I have suffered from the back pain for over two years, and it becomes more better, I keep on doing some exercises, my advice is keep on doing some gentle exercises, it does help, and you will see some minor changes to your back after couple of weeks/months.

Hello xjenx123
Even my dad has backpain history where he faced the problems similar to you.If you are above 60yrs old then the backpain might be due to wear and tear of the vertebrae which leads to the compression of the sciatic nerve. My dad was being suggested to undergo X-ray and MRI. The tests showed that he has left sciatica and was prescribed with tablet pregablin which he has to take everyday. Its a lifelong medication. Even i faced the problem of backpain recently due to long distance travelling. i was given calcium tablets and stalopam which has helped in recovering back. The posture of your body plays a major role in the cause of backpain. Always sit straight in your chair and also try to do some yoga. Try to sleep flat on the floor for few weeks. If you prefer to sleep on bed then try to sleep without a pillow. I did the same and got tremendous improvement. Hope my information helps you. Keep smiling.TC
