I have had back pain for years and it has now started when i lie down in bed. If i roll over and move my upper body with out moving my legs . A get a crippling pain down my back and i cant move my legs back head or anything i have...

xjenx123 he is definatley getting older they say that men get better look as they age but they dont .... i mean look at brad pitt when he was younger he was hot and now has a beard and wheres a flat cap.
