oat meal

hai everybody, i started taking oatmeal instead of my breakfast. i dont know if i am right. I do this thinking that i may lose my weight a little. pls inform friends about this

Oatmeals are mainly composed of carbohydrates which can provide heat to the body,We get fat because we take excessive calories.Therefor,eating oatmeals can not loss weight. I suggest you don't over-intake of calories,eat some egg white instead.

well wen my aprenz were away for 4 months i used dis oatmeal to serve my breakfast. it really worked well to maintain my structure. it has lot of fibre content and metals in it. Even soem doctors suggest that oatmeal is a protein diet for the patients with high LDL content. DOnt worry u opted a good one.tc

Oat meal is a good healthy breakfast. I like steel cut oats my self. They are very filling and keep you from getting real hungry before noon. It is a good source of fiber too.I sweeten mine with molasses instead of sugar. I also have a couple of pieces of toast with 1/2 an avocado for the necessary fat in my diet at least twice a week. Avocados are also good for getting rid of bad cholesterol.

hi, Yes oatmeal is good source for people suffering fom diabeties, heart problem. I dont think it will reduce weight but i know that it is good for colestrol.You have to take some more healthy food with oatmeal to stay healthy. Cereals are rich of vitamans and proteins try this after having oatmeal. It will balance the diet needed for whole day.

Hi SENKBITHU,Yes, oat meal is good for our health because it helps us in lowering our cholesterol.but it is necessary to have beakfast because it will give us strong energy in a whole day activities.Oat meal is nice for dinner specially to those who are body concious.Thanks,Good Luck!

i also eat oat meal for my breakfast i usually mixed it wilk milk and with dash of cinnamon powder..i also add my oatmeat breakfast with hard boilde egg as my side dish to have balance diet, carbs, protien and fiber..

Oatmeal is a great fiber source which is really important .My hubby eats it daily for his cholesterol as for the weight ?I honestly cannot say. I know you should be eating at least 35 grams of fiber a day this is just a norm but will help aid you in cleaning out to feel less sluggish to lose the extra pounds.As mentioned above don't neglect the protein and good carbs. No matter how good you eat the weight will not come off without some form of exercise also.Oatmeal is a great start to everyday though! Good luck
