How often do you take a shower?

Hey mylotters! I don't know the big deal about showering, but i take a shower once every 2/3 days. Is this just me, i am the tipical lazy ol' fart, or are there others out there (I hope i'm not the only one :P). Anyways, i don't really have a messy job, so i don't get the point of showering that often. When do you know, it's time to take a shower? I rely on my girlfriend, if she walks in and tells me that i stink, thats enough to convince me to to get my but off the chair. So basically, how often do you shower everyday? :P

i never take a shower i love being funky all day and smelling my own butt. are you serious why in the world do you need to rely on someone else to tell you that you smell that's not good. well i love to take showers everyday. this is the first time i have heard of people who don't bush there teeth and don't take showers and even though they have access to it. I'll tell you what how about you invite a few homeless people to your house say about 5-10 and let them shower i bet your they will be grateful to have the opportunity to soap and a hot water.

hello apgh,thanks for the response.Ok, maybe i won't let the homeless people in, but yeh, i don't really know when i stink. Probably, like most others, some people get used to how they smell, even if they stink abit. I do brush my teeth, and i do take showers, but not that often, thats all.

Yes,it is a good deal for someone to be taken shower more than 2 or 3 times per day.you know we are not equal,some prefer to take shower one time while other like it more than 3 times.Also it depend on the nature of the job you engage in.some requre more energy,therefore you have to sweat.Engaging in funky all the time even need to shower to wash all the odour and other stain material in the body.

I take 2 showers on the average, and about 3 to 4 if the weather is really humid. I live in a tropical country, and it gets really humid most especially on summers, and to not shower or cool down by taking showers or baths would mean hot heads and sticky feeling.
So, I usually take one before I leave the house to work, and another one before I go to bed.

the same with her, we take showers sometimes two times a day. it's so hot in our country

hell no, having a hot shower is nothing, specially. I rely like my showers, nice and warm, especially in winter ;P.

It is compulsory to shower everyday even up to 2 or 3 time per day.One need to leave in goog health and good condition.How would you fell if you dont shower for one day? expecialy lady or women.It is very important to get rid of our body odour after a day job,so take it in the same way when ot comes to food aspect or can you do without food?shower is very important everyday.

hi there... I shower twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I do not do other jobs aside from taking care on my daughter and the house. My husband goes to work everyday so he showers everyday, every morning and on the evening he will just do quick half bath to help hem relax more on his sleep.

hey jndlpnti, thanks for your response. Oh, the more comments pop in, the more i want to shower even more xD. I am quite a lazy person, in terms of activities, thats why i don't shower often. You really seem to have quite a common routing of showering :P.

I will have a shower everyday. Even if it the cold winter, I will still have a shower everyday. This is my habit. If I don't have a shower in a day, I will think it is not clean enough. And I may hardly fall asleep. If it is in the hot summer, sometimes I will even have one more shower.

I shower or at least take a bath every single day. I mean there have been occasions where circumstances have caused me to miss but that is really rare and I felt yucky all day. I don't do a strenuous job either but still...it is like brushing my teeth....it starts the day. I don't think I'd be wanting my boyfriend to tell me that I'm smelly. In fact, I'd hope he'd never ever have smell me being smelly. No offense at all but I don't think you should wait for your girlfriend to tell you it is time to take a shower. If I had to do that too often with a guy, well...how do I put this?....it's more than being smelly....its about not caring about yourself etc.

hi Evydabest,if you dont change your principle about taking shower then the best in your can be replaced with worst man.I take my shower daily and twice a day in summers after i complete my workouts and i stink like anything so i would take twice morning and evening.There are days when i skip my shower but it mostly falls on sunday a lazy day and i skip almost every thing except my sleep and a good meal.gud day.

I like to shower everyday because I work out everyday and get all sweaty and smelly and have to shower so I don't smell gnarly for the rest of the day. I only wash my hair every second day though because washing your hair everyday can dry it out and take the natural oils out of it which makes it shiny. I don't get people that try and cover up their smelliness with body spray or deodorant because it doesn't work! Maybe it's just me but being nice and clean makes me feel better through out the day.

It's hard to say.For me ,i take it when i feel uncomfortable.In my thought ,it's up to the circumstance.To keep clean is necessary.I think taking more games need a shower and it will benefit your health.

Have to be honest. How often I shower totally depends on my hair and how soon it needs washing before I start to look like a homeless person. I am the mother of twins, and my days can be hectic, and with the time I have spare I try to do all the things I need to, to make ends meet. As you can imagine this at times puts shower a way down the list. My girls on the other hand are bathed everyday and are totally immaculate at all costs. They come first :D Before I had kids, I would shower every day, if not twice a day. I do love a nice long hot shower, very relaxing, and if you are feeling under the weather it is a full proof was of making yourself feel better.

Yuck!!! Every two or three days are you for real? Don;t you really start to stink by then, if your girlfriend can smell your stink why can't you? LOL I like to shower daily, I can't handle that feeling of not having showered all day..I think the most I have gone is one whole day without shower on my own will although there was a time when I was in the hopital after surgery and wasn't able to get a shower for three days but i still managed to at least sponge bath bathe so the whole stink wasn't as bad.....

I always take a shower especially when the temperature is hot, but if it's cold, i am sure not to take even for a week. Anyway my job is not that messy also, and besides i only get bad smell when i do some exercise and will not take a bath, but probably after such massive exercise i will surely take a bath. I take shower atleast once in a day. During summer season twice a day. I feel very sticky if i don't take a shower daily. I can't sleep comfortably. As per my opinion taking shower daily is very hygienic and keep germs away from us.

How often do I take a shower? Well, it depends on the temperature. When it is spring or autumn, the temperature is suitable, so I take a shower about once a day. But in summer , the place where I am living is too hot, so I take more, usually twice or three times a day. When winter comes, I take a shower nearly once a week to protect myself from cold!
By the way, I would like to ask how many time do we take a shower is the best ? Thank you !

Ahahaha, really u take a shower every 2-3 days?!!!! I take a shower once but everyday...Coz i tried not to take a shower for 2 days because i was sick, but at that time i felt uneasy!!! I think i had dandruf at that time, i felt i smell awful,ahahhaha,,,So by the time i was ok, i really took my shower for an hour i think, I really scrub my head,my body, and after shower, you know what it felt sooooooo good,ahahaha. So as you have said you dont shower everyday and you only do that for every 2-3 days? I dont think i can do that. i think your just used to it, i better tell your girlfriend to visit you everyday and to tell you that you smell stink so that you will be forced to take a shower,LOL. Seriously speaking you have to take a shower everyday, its hygeine, lucky you, your girl doesnt leave you becoz og that,hahaha. Thats it. Take your shower everyday, it feels good, you will feel the things around you as light as cotton. Hope this will help you.
