If you make money online - how do you want to be paid?

I do a number of things online whih earn me a little extra cash. I write on Mylot, I write on helium and I do some surveys. There often is a choice on how you want to be paid, especially with the survey sites: Paypal, bank transfer / cheque or gift vouchers (e.g. Amazon).
I usually go for paypal as I then can use the money however I want or need. But I also like amazon vouchers as I read a lot. What's your choice?

I opt for Paypal, and usually won't sign up for something unless I have that option. Though with a few VERY reputable places I've done direct deposit into my bank account. But I prefer Paypal, then I can transfer funds into various bank accounts, or use the money online. Far easier for me then by check or money order. I hate that option. Never know if the check is going to bounce. ;)

Cheques are a pain for me to cash in - the bank is always closed when I am off work.

I am even more convinced on the potentials of paypal when I got my paypal verified many months ago. I've never had any issue with it whenever I withdraw funds into my local bank account. I get the money readily converted to pesos in less than 5 working days. You just have to make your online transactions secure all the time.

The ability to convert cash before withdrawal is a big advantage of paypal.

I prefer PayPal. It is the fastest and safest method. A check is the 2nd preferred method, but it doesn't get there as fast.

I'm memeber of a couple of Norwegian survey sites, they pay with gift vouchers and you can't choose paypal. The gift voucher are for grocery stores or Hennes, so they're quite useful. If I can chose, I usually take paypal as it costs less than bank transfer or cheques.

I choose the exact same thing as you. Paypal first, Amazon second. I can transfer money from Paypal directly into my checking account and Amazon always has something I need or want. I have saved Amazon gcs to buy gifts for others, especially at Christmas time. Amazon carries items other than books that I use, too, so those gcs come in handy.

Considerin gi am not living n the us surely checks are the most uncomfortable way to be paid because normally if the society,as in many cases,is american checks arrives here after much time...so surely paypal or online payment processors in these cases are the simplest and quicker way to be paid when you gain some money online!!In some cases even bank account can be comfortable but you know normally have fee expensive than paypal or other payments..

Yes, I was once sent a cheque in US Dollars - it cost me half the reward to get it onto my bank account in my currency... Good point.

I like paypal because it's pretty easy. Lots of sites pay by and sell by it.

well if this choice is given to me that tell us how you want to get paid then i ask them to pay me via check as it is more secure than transfering money from paypal to bank account as it take so long time and moreover if you put wrong information than everything will be finished and to pay the money to paypal as a fee so i will prefer check than money in paypal , else no problem i will ask paypal a check if the site is unable to pay via check , have a nice day and happy new year to you

Paypal tends to be quite quick normally. I think cheque payments take much longer. Happy new year to you, too.

I too make my most earning by online stuff,
But I like to earn on daily bases means earn per task and I think no company offer that.
And if I want to tell you which mode I like to accept payments,
then my vote is for Paypal .

The best around for me is by paypal only as I have successfully transferred funds from my paypal account to my bank account as it is also the most trusted and safest way to send money online. But I would like to try cheque payment as in some sites like Clixsense, it is the only option for getting a payout while in some sites, we have got to reach a higher amount to cashout our earnings as compared to cashout using paypal!!

Paypal works for me as I use the money to buy things online, such as on ebay. True, cheque payment costs more so they probably ask for a higher payout for that reason.

hi taraelocin,
I will definitely choose paypal because I have it and I could easily transfer my funds directly to my bank account. I usually need cash so gift checks and vouchers will definitely make me sad. haha! happy lotting!

Understandable. Amazon vouchers are okay as I buy loads of books anyway. But other vouchers can be a pain as I don't necessarily need them.
