If you can see all the beautiful colors and lovely things in this world, that's truely a grace and you really have to thank God for that. There are many people can't see a thing when they were first came to this world and they need help to live in this world.I remember when I was young,I have an opportunity to visit a blind school because my friend's ssiter was a student in this school.their eye sites were lost but their heart was bright. They knew lots of things that we do know. However, sometimes it is not easy to help them because they can be hurt easily because of their activity is limited. And you can walk too fast even they are holding your arms.Because they are scare of crashed into something in front of them.We may not understand their feeling since we can walk and see everything in front of us.Well, maybe you have more experience that you can share with us.It is your turn now.

It is always a good thing to help the blind and the poor, and perhaps all the neddy people with action as well.I don't know about your city but my city always show us some phenomenon that nobody wants to see about the blinds. We can laways see a group of 2-3 blind people playing thier traditional musical instrutment on a busy street.Playing some music that nobody will listen to(since the the road was busy)and they hope to get some money like that under the hot weather in the summer and also need to bear with the cold wind through the winter. The road will always be through of air pollution and it is hard to breathe in any fresh air. These people are not begging for money (although everybody doesn't feel that way)since they are actually street entertainer and they are using their skills to earn some money. It issuppose to be a heart broken phenomenon in our city but everybody seems getting use to eat.Because it has be like that for a decade,so nobody really cares about this since it happen everyday.Sometimes, people will drop in a coin or some dollar bills on a plate to them. That will be the money to keep them survive and come back the next day and di the same again.Well,I think the people on the street are just getting use to it and didn't really see them most of the times.Who is the real blind people?I think it is an interesting to find out about this!Have a good day.

Till now I didn't get any opportunities to help blind people. I have a concern towards them and I will surely help them. Now the technology is growing and I read that "Vision Camera" is being developed which helps blind people to see this beautiful world as we all see.

Thank you for your response.I heard about thi new technology in the TV news 2 days ago.It is a great technology that can surely help the blinds .However, this new product is still new and need further improvement before it reach can be helpful to the large visually impaired population.I think whether we will have this advance technology to help the blind or not,we still need to show more concern and caring to the blinds.I have to admit that there still a long way for myself to learn about this issue.Have a good day.

You are doing great and there will always be an opportunity to help the needy.By helping others ,you are showing the love of God in action. It is much better than words only and we all have to learn from you.We can help everyone and we can't everyone in this world but as long as we will try to help those around us.We are doing the work of Jesus. For he told us to just pass a glass of water to others ,then we are doing to Him.I hope you will enjoy all this colorful world each and everyday and God bless you.

I have been giving donations to different organizations which are helping the needy people around the world. One of the organizations is "Christian Blind Mission" ( CBM ). CBM has been doing excellent work giving assistance to blind children in countries around the world. Really wonderful ! Many are receiving so much help from CBM.

Oh,thank God for such an organization exist in this world and helping the neddy.Although I have never heard the name of this organization but I am sure that there are tons of Christin organization like that to help the blinds in the world. And of course your action was a great one. In fact,if more people can donat more money to the needy, more people will get help in this world. But I found that A poor people can sometimes give more than a rich man in terns of ratio. That means if a person who is earning $2000 per month but he gives $500 to the needy,it is 1/4 of his income already. But $500 from the pocket of a millionaire is nothing.Well, lets all do what we can and more people will get help around us.Have a great day.

I saw a blind grandmothers in the streets alone and wanted to cross the road, I help her. I feel happy because this granny almost hit by a car, relief to help other people especially are not our own families. What is important is the patience of us that have the wisdom of it all. We have a vision and there is nothing wrong in helping other people to see.

Hey,You did a great job. There are dangerour everywhere for people can see.And for the blinds, they will have to face more.We can cross the road without nay problems but they realaly need help to cross the road especially when the cars get nearby.I am not sure about your city but in my city the traffic will always be busy. The traffic light will not be the most safe indicator even for people with vision. You can imagine how the blinds will face then.We do nneed people like you to do more in helping the people in need.Have a happy day.

Hi wild little fan: I really appreciate this God gift that is the possibilitry to watch the world. It's wondeful that everything that happends around me comes to my eyes while other persons due to some accidents or natural reasons can not do this. In my case I have helped blind people in my job as a lawyer. I try to give a good service and i also feel their needs and the lack of attention they have. Thanks for asking us this question. Hope you are having a nice day. Happy New Year and Keep Mylotting. Take Care. -Alvaro.

Thank you for your sharing and I really appreciate for your help to the blinds. You are right, they certainly need more attention and assistance in everything as well.Although many organization will help them in the community but still,we all know that they are not the same as the people can with vision.I think we really have to thank God that we can see many beautiful colors that God had created. There are some people who cannot see things like we do and we surely need to help them to make their dark world with colors of love. God bless you and have a happy year in 2010.

I've never had the opportunity to spend time with a person who was blind. However, I did have several opportunities to spend time with several people that are deaf. It is really interesting to spend time with someone that is missing one of the five sense that we are typically born with. You will see that their other senses are much more developed to make up for the sense that they are missing. It was very interesting for me to swim against KSD because the way that they start their races is very different from what I am used to.

hi there, i have never helped a blind person. actually i like to help others, but blind people i have met do not need help, they know where they should go. but when i was in primary school, i did not dare to help blind people, i thought they would be shout at me or they would be angry when i helped them or guided them where should go. i do not know why i have this kind of idea. when i grow up, this thought disappeared.

Once a time I helped a blind person to across road. It was quite simple when I was a middle school student and met a bind person on my way to school. I noticed that man wanted to go across the road and was hesitate to know how to walk to another side safely. I asked him first and got his approval, then drag his hand to guided him on the right way to opposite side of the road. He said thanks and I replied "you are welcome" and ran to school quickly. Till now I can remember it, and it's rarely to see blind person now.

I agree with all your ideas, really we are too lucky to have our complete eye sights as compared to the blind people. Our eyes as they say is the door to our soul, we keep enjoying fully all what life is offering and that is by the help of our eyes. For me I am helping one blind organization by regularly visiting their massage parlor trice in a month, with this I know I am giving them income through their massage services.

Greetings wildlittlefan, Yes I have helped a blind person and it was pleasant experience. I can remember guiding one, but forget when. I had also worked in a nursing home and helped a few. When I received training at Northeast Bible Institute, Green Lane, PA, USA, we had a choir director / music teacher that was blind. After he figured how part of the campus was laid out, he would run along some walks and up some steps. He was quite very independent.

Thank you for your sharing.Wom,A blind music director. He msut be very good in music to help out in your Bible Institue. As what I said in my discussion,The blinds can't see with their eyes but their heart are bright. There are times we may think that we are going something to help them, but there are times they are actually the one we are learning from .We will learn how to live in a world that is full of darkness but still with a shining heart. We will learn from their strength to face the unseen world.Actually we can learn a lot from them if we are willing to observe.Well,May God healed all these blind people with His love and encourage more of the clear eye sighted people to help them with love.God bless you.

Yes many times. Helping not only to the blind people also to the elders makes happiness. You just be a hero in a simple way not to be popular. But to the only reason that you want to help. Helping also is our responsibility this the companion of our rights. It is an old adage, a golden rule. All in all, for me, to help without any condition is to have a joyful feeling of fulfillment that's it. :-)
