Stressed out??...How do you deal with it???..

What do you do when you are stressed out??..Do you keep it to yourself??.. Or you'd rather talk to someone like your friend??.. I personally deal with it first. I'm giving myself time to think and a space to breathe. I always have my journal with me and I write poems or anything to let go of my emotion.

Welcome to mylot As human we have to face situations that make us sad or stressed, and each of us have ways to tackle, for me i keep quite,, no arugements, take out my car, drive to the hill top temple, meet mu guru, pray the deities till i feel relaxed.. Most times, i listen musiq, divert my mind playing my violin, play with my pets. It really works, playing with pet animals is the best way and easy to come out of stress, from my own experience and scientifically they say its true!

Stress is like already apart of our life. A day to day simple problem that may improve our character or sometimes break us, depend on how we will going to handle it. I dealt with it, like a usual household chores, I spend time thinking about it and coping up for a solution, lucky if I come out for a solution on the time frame given, if not there's always a yesterday. I make sure that I don't pressure myself thinking for a solution that sometimes result in doing nasty or foolish things that aggravates the problem. But what's important is how we take time in giving a real resolution to it, rather than doing something unappropriate and left things behind unresolve.

When i am stressed I ty to take afew deep breaths and stop and think. This is not always easy though especially when I am stressed with being busy. It can depend on what it is I am getting stressed over. Uuslaly it is something that needs to be done so I do it and then reward myself later.

hi magara, i cry. i really cry it all out in the privacy of my bedroom. sometimes i fall asleep doing that. and then when i wake up, i take a bath and eat. then i am able to think clearly and plan what to do next. ann

I like to take a bubble bath with soft music on and only candles burning - i close my eyes and forget about my tourbles for a short time. Stress seems to be an everyday occurrence in my life right now. I can only hope for the best.

Aside from trying to not literally rip my hair out, I try to see if I can resolve it on my oewn. Normally by trying to sleep or some other activity to keep me more focoused. Quite often if that doesn't help I'll blog or rant to a friend so my keyboard or my phone's dial pad can take the abuse from my pent up frustration. I've lost a lot of keyboards in the past that way because at that point I end up typing hard and fast both things that should be on a must avoid list.
