Its getting hot here in the office. Although there are aircon units in my place of work, our maintenance pulled it out for cleaning. This makes me feel sleepy. Have you ever felt to be sleepy in the office? And what did you do to fight it?

Energy drink? I haven't tried drinking those whenever I feel sleepy. Next time I went into the same situation, I'll try one of those. Thanks for your advice.

i thougth somethings going on in your office, "it's getting hot in here" ...well to fight the sleepyness you could try a little walk in the office and do breathing exercise (inhale/exhale)..

Thanks for that advice. Well, in a few minutes, I will go out of my office and roam around in our production area for inspection. I hope this will work. Hehehe...

Hi, I never feel sleepy in the office, so far. It is probably because I always drink a cup of coffee in the morning before go to office. So, I always feel fresh all day. Have a good day, my friend. Best wishes,

1. I keep a small fan at my desk. When it begins to feel stuffy and I get sleepy, I turn it on and direct it at my face. 2. Sometimes I get sleepy even when the AC is on if I'm listening to something. I go to the bathroom, wet a paper towel and apply the wet towel to my cheeks and forehead. I leave the water droplets on my face instead of wiping them off. When I go back out, the cool air from the AC hits the water and cools my face. I find that this will wake me up sometimes.
