What is the best diet to burn fat? well i know it's not just a DIET...

I know it's not just a Miracolous Diet. People needs physical workout too, but i've heard some food it's excellent to burn the Fat, just like the Almonds, Nuts and the Fish. What do you recommend???

here are my foods that i currently using for fat lose and muscle retention diet: 1. rolled oats or whole grain 2. yams, sweet potato 3. wheat bread 3. chilies 4. brown rice or organic rice 5. squash, brocoli and other low glycemic veggies ..

Eating cashew nuts and almonds make you feel full. As a result, you won't be tempted to eat more and it doesn't make you feel hungry. High fiber fruits are good to eat if you want to lose weight. Pineapple, apple, watermelon, and turnip are good to lose weight.

why don't you try Shirataki Noodles? it's said that this noodle are very healthy and can be used for diet. It was made from konjac plant. You can add anythin on it. :)

no food will work until you exercise. with exercise, dieting and patience you can lose your fat like youve never imagined before. i suggest you to take the following steps to decrease your fat intake first, exercise comes later. stop taking simple carbs stop sugary drinks completely stop intake of too much sodium take fibrous food drink a plenty of water workout everyday and take a brisk walk every evening keep a goal infront of you. stop eating sugary foods. concentrate mainly on protein, complex carbs, and lots of water
