Grapes is one of my favorite fruits. If not for the price of it I would buy it regularly in our grocery every week. So to satisfy my taste buds I usually buy a about a small bunch that would last for one day meal. I really love it and would love to make it a habit that I eat once in a while. I know of its nutritional benefits but I appreciate the taste more than the nutritional benefits.

For fitness and health I agree that grapes are good source of antioxidants, and these antioxidants combats free radicals that causes the depletion of our immune
system. And if we have a weak immune system that's where we feel different kinds of illness. Aside from the good taste of this fruit, It is always nice to add this to our diet for a healthy living.
