Do you like eating while using your PC or watching TV?

I always eat before the TV. I never eat at the computer, as I know I will spill something on the keyboard and ruin something! I don't think I would anyway, you have to use your hands to type. You would have to take a break to eat, or wait till you were reading something. In front of the TV, I watch something On Demand, there aren't as many adds as on the regular channels and you can Fast forward thru the ones there are. If there is nothing there I want to see, I watch HBO with no commercials at all.

Hello Sky!, I don't eat my food while using my PC but in watching TV I do eat some snacks but not my regular meals, because I don't feel comfortable. While using my PC especially if I surf for long hours, I have my drinks or a cup of coffee placed on a mini table below my keyboard.

I eat most of my meals while I am online. I am watching television as well and writing, playing or chatting online. I don't really like eating while online because I end up getting pieces of foods down and around my keyboard. Ugh! I had a problem with cleaning around the keys and having them pop off. Luckily my warranty was still good and I just got a brand new keyboard. I need to not bend over the keyboard when I eat though. Bad habit and messy.

Hi Sky!Its not my way eating while watching TV or using my PC, I always have a proper place to eat its only in my dining table,I always consider as a channel of blessing so I always eat in a proper way and in a proper place.And I think I cannot bring food in front of the TV or maybe in front of my PC 'coz it will be all in a mess and I'm afraid it makes some dirt to my keyboard that is so hard to cleans up.Its not my habit to bring my food everywhere..If its really urgent then I will leave my meal for the time being and accomplish all things before returning to dining table. Hi SKY, I am doing both. Find it weird our dinning table is in front of our television so everytime I am going to eat television is always turned on. For the computer I am used in multitasking. I no longer have time to eat my vacant time is not eating time. So while I am doing my online class I taking my lunch or sometimes dinner. I used my right hand for the mouse and keyboard and my left hand for my spoon. Just wanna share how multi-tasking my job.

Well yeah... I do sometimes eat and watch the tv at the same time. Mostly I eat with my family in the table though. Some snacks or something is ok to eat while watching tv, but a proper meal is meant to be eaten in a proper table. Hope I made myself clear :D

i like to but i don,t enjoy it that much when iam at the pc away from the pc i can enjoy it more.

Exactly, I feel the same way, as I cannot concentrate on eating when my mind is on the computer or TV. I think this is not good for our health as our brains need to focus on tasting and digesting the food properly. It may seem on the surface to save time by doing multiple tasks at one time, but in the end we spent more time and it is inefficient. So I prefer enjoying my TV, surfing the net and eating in separate occasions.

I like to take some snacks while watching the TV. I enjoy it along with what's on the TV. As when I'm using the computer, I don't eat while using it because I'm typing and using the mouse all the time. Also, I do not like watching my DVDs on the computer so there's really no situation where I don't use my hands on the computer. On another note, I don't like to spill anything on the computer and its related devices. My brother has broken our keyboards twice because of his drinks. But at times when I really am hungry, I would take some snack to feed my hunger.

Yeah, I eat while I'm on the computer mostly if im watching a movie. When I am at university and I'm having my lunch I tend to eat it while im on the computer. I also tend to snack in front of the computer, I think I've got into the habit of doing it. I also eat in front of the television, and it's usually my dinner.

hello! Nope, not always. when I watch some TV and I am hungry I eat or even when I am not that hungry i eat some cookies or biscuits or chips also when I watch movies. but when I use the laptop, I never eat because it all gets dirty and it is really hard to clean it especially when it is a laptop and not a keyboard!

this is like when you are watching a movie. often times you will buy food (popcorn anyone?) before going inside the theatre. in my opinion, eating while doing something kind of makes you at ease. if i sit in a couch watching TV and without doing anything else, more often than not i will find myself sleeping. at work, i always have something to eat whenever im doing paperworks and reports on my computer.

I also do that. Sometimes, I do eat while watching tv or surfing the internet. Usually I just eat light snacks, like biscuits or ice cream or chips. I guess it is because I really love multitasking. I feel when I do two things at once, I am more productive.

yes i did specially if i love the movie im watching online. if im typing i used my left hands to eat while the right one to type. i always eat in front of my computer since i only live alone sometimes while im talking to my friends and bf yahoo messenger.

As far as I am concerned, comparing with eating while I am using my computer, I think I prefer to watch TV when I am eating. For me, I think if I am eating beside my computer, I think I will spoilt some oil on my computer , which I can not bear in my life. So I choose to eat beside the TV ,in case that I can not spoilt on the TV At all.

Yes i do. When i watch Tv then sometime i eat. But really difficult to continue eat when i use internet. Only when i watch any things in computer then i take my food. Otherwise i break in my work and eat my food then again i start my work in net.

For me there's no difference whether I eat while watching TV or using the computer. However, I would enjoy eating more if I'm just comfortably sitting in a dining room.

When im watching TV or movies.I like eating some snacks.I know it isn't good habit.So I wish i can overcome it.
