Folic acid is a B vitamin (B9) found mostly in leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach, orange juice, and enriched grains.

There are so many such as; grapes, oranges, spinach and broccoli, soy beans. Also, a whole-meal products like, wheat germ are iron rich, Also liver of any animal or bird, are you pregnant.

I am reading about folic acid and discovered that all leaf veggies are good sources. Fruits and cereals are other good sources tooo. The Wikipaedia gives a lot of information about this. I suggest you check it on the web. Take care!

There are many fruits which are rich in folic acid, some citrus fruits like oranges, Iceberg lettuce (1/4 head), Raspberries, frozen, Turnip greens, Celery, Pineapple juice, Papaya, Blackberries, Tomato juice, casaba orhoneydew melon, Winter squash, including acorn, Hubbard, butternut, Avocado, Guava, Cantaloupe, Orange, Apricots (dried, unsulfured), Mango, Kiwi, Grapefruit (pink or red) , Strawberries are all rich in Folic Acid.

all fruits have folic acid but i think citrus fruits has the higher content of folic acids, we all know what are the good benefits of folic acid especially to pregnant women so folic acid is a must in our diet..

green leafy veggies are also a very good source.
