We use the cars that get the best mileage, especially for our longer trips. We try to limit trips. I guess that is all we can do. It is not as bad, I guess because it never got back down really low.

They like it when we get used to stuff like that. Although I will admit that I'll be adapting much easier to it this time because of last time. My driving habits have changed a lot so it won't be so costly for me. Since I only drive about 50 miles a week, it won't impact me much anyway. My sons in Phoenix are dreading it, though. That city is so big and spread out that driving 300 miles a week to work and back is quite common!

i cannot do something about the prices of the fuel. maybe, i just lessen my travel so i can also save gas. but the situation here is becoming worse. the transport groups are doing rallies, strikes almost everyday, to call for the roll back of prices and increase in fares.

We can still get it at 2.69 but we know as it gets closer to the summertime it will be up to 3 dollars again. Its just so aggravating. What we do is cut down on driving and make sure when we do go out we make sure we get everything we need in one shot so we don't have to make extra trips. We also go the faster route.

There isn't all too much you can do,really. I need my car to get to work. I refuse to keep worrying about it as I don't have any control about it anyway. But I do try to drive sensibly, hence using less petrol.
