My son always used to play with some car, truck, jeep etc. My daughter wanted to play with baby dolls, horse, elephant dolls, small vessels, small key boards etc. What is your child's favourite toy? How does he/she play with it? You can write about your niece or nephew too? This shows a child's interest.

My children used to play with all sorts of toys, but after I got them the computer and the net connection, whoops, they ignore all types of toys, they dont even bothered to see their toys collection.

My son likes to play with Lego tiles. With the tiles, he can build anything he want - from robots to air planes. I'd say for a 5-year-old kid, his creativity never cease to amaze me.

I should say your son is a genious. Playing with Lego tiles at 5 years is not an usual talent. I am sure you will encourage him. He will be a good engineer.

My younger son is crazy about vehicles...he plays with all sorts of vehicles and he still wants more. He also loves to play with clay and paint. Sometimes he role plays with stuffed toys. My older son loves to read and do puzzles. He loves any kind of puzzle and mind games...always has since he was a very young child. My younger son is 3 years old and older son is 9.

Your response reminds me of my son's childhood days. He used to ask for all sorts of vehicles including tractor and road roller and keep them above his pillow as bed time toys. This habit is there even now (he is married and got two children). If not bed side, in the almirah he has all vehicles in toy form. Reading and puzzle solving is very good for knowledge and mind development. I feel like seeing your cute children. God bless them.

I know this is bad but my kids are hooked on their DS. I am actually thinking about make a schedule for them to use it or make it as a reward since they like it so much and I really don't want them playing with it as much as they do. They didn't play it for a while but when they recieved the new super mario brothers game for it now they are hooked. If they are not playing that my youngest always wants to play drs. Right now I am pregnant and trying to prepare them for whats to come. I am having a csection so I won't be able to pick them up and I showed them where they were cut out of my belly and ever since they pretend to cut babies out of each others belly. They asked me if it will hurt and I told them about the shot they will give me in my back so I don't feel it and they do that also. Sometimes its a good thing and thank God they are both girls but sometimes they drive me crazy about it. Worried that they play drs a little too much.

First of all wish you a painless and comfortable delivery my friend mflower2053. I think your daughters are going to become doctors. That is why they are playing this Doctor game.

Teddy has a special place in children's life. If your avatar image is your kid's photo, then she is so cute. God bless your kid.

I don't have kids but I remember mine. I used to love listening to mom's records on a record player that she gave me. Eventually she gave me a bigger and better record player. I still have it.

My son is 8 months old and he has a stuffed Tigger that his grandma gave him. He is teething right now and he loves to chew on Tiggers tail. He also loves playing with a small red Fisher Price cell phone that makes all sorts of noises. He loves to press the buttons and make the phone ring. He also likes to play with wooden cooking spoons and pots and pans. I think it is so neat to see him beating on the pots and pans with those spoons.

I feel your son is interested in percussion instruments as he is fond of creating sounds from different articles. I wish he becomes a famous drummer and rock the world. Autograph please?

My little girl prefers Lego tiles rather than dolls. It was a hand-me-down toy from my aunt and though they're kinda shabby she'd still value it more than the new toys she had received. That can keep her busy all day and i know that her imagination/creativity is further enhanced.

Lego tiles not only enhance imagination and creativity, but also teaches planning and scheming. I got these type of toys for my children and they happily enjoyed it. Your daughter is going to achieve in creativity field, when she grows up. My Best wishes for her.
