margaretsales Now there are lots of programs going on like these to help the kids in home schooling. My neighbor's kid is taking an online interactive learning course for grade 8. Special attention can be given to kids through such online education systems.

margaretsales My DS is 3 years old .Toy car is his favorite toy. As soon as he wakes up in the morning he books his seat in this toy car .... He loves it!

margaretsales It is nice to hear that. 6.25 % to 4% is a major fall . You are lucky to get such a fall. This is something to celebrate . The variable rate fluctuation can sometimes bring us such windfall lucks but sometimes proves disastrous !

Carpet or hardwood

Do you prefer carpet or hardwood for your place. I like a combination of both. I definitely need hardwood in the kitchen. I definitely need carpet in the bedroom. What do you think?

margaretsales Definitely carpet will give a luxurious look to our home. But it is difficult to maintain . But you can try out , hand knotted rugs to give out such a look...Moving a rug is very simple. So my vote goes for a hardwood floor with a rug....
