Fried rice and egg, with hot chocolate, coffee or fruit juice. Because you need energy and protein for your work during the day. Bread is also good and oatmeal.

I agree with deebomb, breakfast doesn't have to be a special food. A protein will keep you full longer, but grains like cereals and breads get you going faster. the "best food" depends on you and what you need.

anything I didn't have to make nor clean the dishes up after the meal *lol* IRL my hubby makes excellent omlets & other breakfast foods.. the trick is getting him to make them!

well, it depends to your diet and preference, because it is breakfast make sure you have good source of carbs, protein and healthy fat..my breakfast is usual 1/2 organic rice or 2 slice wheat bread, scrambled egg or sunnyside up, tomato and bell pepper..

Rice is our staple food here in our country and people eat rice every meal. There are some of us who's not use to eating rice for breakfast and I am one of them. I like eating bread and eggs and some ham or bacon and I get tired eating them every morning. So I had this idea in combining eggs, ham, cheese, white onions and bell pepper and fry it. Its actually very good. You might wanna try it.

hello kiran and welcome to myLot. I hope you enjoy your time here. About breakfast you can have any thing you like. I generally have steel cut oats with molasses and butter and on the side whole wheat nine grain bread topped with some mashed avocado. and to drink is coffee with some chocolate added. Some times I have fried potatoes with onion and bell peppers. other times i have what ever is left over in the fridge. my kids like to have cold pizza if any I left over from the night before. This morning I had a slice of toast and mixed some left over asparagus, green beans, potatoes a mix of rice with turmeric and ginger. Breakfast doesn't have to be special foods.
