What food for myopia people

I only know that the carrot is good for eye, so i try to eat but not too much carrot for my every meal.Is there any suggestion on food or other i can do for my eye, thank you

Some of my friends do not eat breakfast, as they should go to the office in time, it is a bad hibit, we know that it is very bad for health. Do you have breakfast? Although you do hurry back to office.

Siancel hi, venk.. in my opinion, i think u do need to waste too much of time thinking which one is the best search engine.I use both Internet Explrer and Google as my search engine to search different of data !! ^^

Siancel Yes, i think our felling toward someone will changed base on how well or how kind he treat at us. If I realised that he somewhat likes start not love me and the signs he got a new relationship with other girl friend...or want to break out How many times that...

Siancel waa, i eat the lunch style at the morning, but all is vegetable.I now stayed in college of one of the university, so i just buy it at my cafe.Then at lunch, i drink the coco drink/milo drink plus corn fleaks.
