I like to have breakfast, without breakfast i will hungry and waiting the time to lunch. Usually i prepared myself the breakfast, it is the milo+ milk+ corn fleaks.
See very easy actually to have breakfast, just need a few minute, to enjoy the delicious breakfast.Ok, start to enjoy your breakfast ^^

I always make it a point to have breakfast in the morning as it is the most important meal of the day. I just cant go on with my daily chores on an empty stomach and thus breakfast becomes very essential to me.

I always hate breakfast only because my tummy didn't settle well after awhile. i go to school early in the morning and I wasn't fully awake yet to function and open my mouth and chew haha. Then I started work that started early which again my tummy refused the morning food. But I think my biggest problem is the fact that I hate breakfast food which includes eggs, bacons etc. But now that I am not in high school, i take work and classes all online I pretty much have time to wake up in the morning and cook breakfast for my boyfriend and I and I never knew how great it was. It gives me energy through out the day and helps me avoid over eating in the middle of the day which is great. I am more focused that I usual. GREAT!

yes, i luv breakfast. i usually have whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it.
and coffee. u can take it with u & eat it on the way to work.

I dont eat a full meal when I eat breakfast. I just eat bread most of the time. I think its a bad habit too but I am already used to eating bread in the morning and eating a heavy meal for breakfast makes me feel sick and I always have stomachache so I just have to eat light.

I always have breakfast that's the most important meal for me, I can skip lunch or dinner but not breakfast this has to do with my diet program so its essential for me to have breakfast.So, I won't end up grabbing some snacks between meals..

Yes, I do have my breakfast, come what may. I never skip it. I gives me a much needed energy. It keeps me going whole day long even if for some reason I am unable to have my lunch during afternoon.

Its healthy to have beakfast in the morning. But my husband after the night shift dont prefer breakfast as he have to sleep in the day time. so he just have some snacks and go to sleep.
Like wise there are people who has the work shift from afternoon to midnight. They also prefer to have sleep till 10 and have lunch and to go office.
So breakfast surely depends on the life style

i make sure i have breakfast in the morning, even if im on the run to get into the office ill pick up a bagel n juice but its a must for me, if not my whole day is ruined by a headache. but yes i also agree that breakfast is the most imporant part of the day. i teach my kids that they are another reason i make sure i get something to eat. they will be constant reminders of me eating breakfast lol.

I believe that the most important meal is the breakfast. "Break fast" is what it means, to break the fast. The fasting starts in the evening after dinner and ends up the moment we take our breakfast. The number of hours between dinner and morning is at least 12 hours so our digestive system is continuing to digest. Without food inside the stomach, slowly, the digestive system will be having some breakdown when the intestine becomes thin. I make sure that I wake up early and have my breakfast before doing work for the day.

Yes, actually I am currently eating breakfast. But, I seldom eat breakfast because I usually wake up late in the morning. I just have a part-time job with a flexible schedule so I don't have to work early in the morning all the time. So whenever I have work in the morning, I wake up early and I eat breakfast. I have to eat breakfast if I wake up early because I get so hungry at work if I don't. If I wake up at 10 am I just have brunch.
