One weakness which appears as strength is that tell him "I give more importance to perfection.so sometimes i take more time to complete some tasks.I am working on it."
Never say I do not have any weakness.Because nobody is perfect.

Hi there.
Firstly good luck with your interview!!
Ok
Remember nobody is perfect, and the person interviewing you knows that, he/she will not be perfect either.
If asked what are your weaknesses you first need to identify what weaknesses you DO have, and everybody DOES have a weakness.
But when you tell your interviewer use it in a more positive way - say one of your weaknesses was shyness, I would say ' Well I have suffered in the past with my shyness, but I am working hard to overcome this and do feel that I am improving'
or
'Well I haven't a big lot of experience with handling customers, but I would love to make progress in this area and I do love meeting people and get on with them'
I hope you get the message I am trying to give you here, and I wish you very good luck with te job

You can say 'i sometimes phase out whenever i'm stressed but i can manage it.' or 'whenever i'm all worked up, my patience shortens a little but i have many ways to keep myself composed'. Just say the obvious. He'll understand it. And don't forget the 'but'.

well, maybe i will tell mine to him, because I acrtually
don't have some strong weaknesses that can make something
really bad, so that's why i will tell that I almost have no
weaknesses!

I can not cheat with people this could be a good answer. Then the boss will realize that you will not cheat him. Hope you will like the answer. Best of luck for your job!

actually that's one of the questions i dislike most about job interviews. what i just say it this the tendency to do things myself. Not necessarily being a a control freak, though! hmm what else, maybe focus on the excess instead of what's lacking. like... tendency to be too focused and to be into a certain project.

Tell the boss or the interviewer that the only weakness you have is perfection. When it comes to this type of job, I feel that having perfection is the only weakness that I have. Then depending on what job it was you're applying for you'll have to come up with a reason why perfection or just say when it comes to my job I feel like I push myself too hard because everything I do has to revolve around perfection.
Good luck,
Take care

On a personal note, at work, I sometimes take my job personally. It gets too much inside me to the point that I sometimes can't get the hang of it by the shift ends. I tend to think much about it, spend my leisure time in researching about related to how I'll improve my job and sometimes, I get quite disappointed when I don't achieve my goal. This may suggest that you are very passionate and you love your job so much.

Be truthful about what you think your weakness is. Don't try to give an answer like like...
...My weakness is that I'm a a really hard worker...
...Not really a weakness, it's more like you are trying to stroke your own ego instead of owning up to the things you don't do all to well. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to a job interview. self evaluation questions can be hard to answer at times, but I think that they can shine a positive light on people when answered truthfully.
Good luck on the job interview.

every time that question asked me by interviewer i always told them that i did not recognize any of my weakness coz i dont let them affect my day to day life and i know everyone have weaknesses. and if they insist to tell one then i would say that my weakness is my family, as i felt bad if one of us have big problem though we try our best to solve it but then i will see to it that it will not affect my life.

The last time I was asked this in an interview I told the truth, I get frustrated with lack of organisation, however I can work under pressure, it just really annoys me, I also told him that if something makes me laugh, then I will be in fits of laughter for a while, really I can not be serious if something makes me laugh. I think he appreciated that my first answer was honest, and showed that I prefer to be organised. Whereas my second answer gave him a little insight to my personality. I dont know whether that will work with all interviews, you have to judge the person who is interveiwing you.

Many interview tutorials will teach you how to answer questions with negative answer such as the one you're asking, and it's highly likely that the interviewer have already asked you your strong points. For many, the answer will still be negative but positively delivered, like what were already mentioned. However, in a job interview, you have an option not to answer. This is very unorthodox and will likely get your papers in the bin. But once you nail it, it can be a determining factor for you to get hired. This subconsciously shows that you project authority over your interviewer.
This is an example:
Interviewer: What is/are your weakness(es)?
You: Nobody is perfect and I am no exemption. However, by telling you my weaknesses now can jeopardize my chance to prove my worth by working in your company. What I can tell you in response to your question is my strong points have exceedingly compensated my weaknesses which you will eventually know while I build up experience working with you.
There can be many questions after you said this. But most likely, it will go like this:
Interviewer: The question have no bearing with the decision for you to get hired. I want to know your weakness for curiosity's sake. (Most of the time, this is a lie)
You: In court, the accused cannot be asked to stand witness against himself. I can
assure you that my shortcomings will have minimal effect on my performance in being an asset of your company. However, if you insist and if I can take your word that it does not bear any demerits, I will let in you into my darkest secrets. (end this statement with a smile and the conversation will lighten up)
If the interviewer will not insist, forget the job, you just failed it. Otherwise, be honest and show the interviewer the skeletons inside your closet. Do it with a cheerful atmosphere. This is to show that you are not bothered by your own weakness.
By not directly answering the question and then blurting it all out when you're asked again, gives the impression that you are hiding something but honest enough not to lie to protect yourself.
I do not encourage that you try this as this is usually how con artists manipulate a conversation. It is highly effective if it's a skill you already acquired. This is only for reference and something to take you out of the pressure of the coming interview.
I wish you good luck.

well you know the cliche's i work too hard, i am a perfectionest la di da...
or Interviewer: what's your weakness?
you: Answering stupid questions like that! facepalm lol
well have been interviewed before but haven't really been asked that. i always got asked about what will i contribute to something something.
well in the weakness question there is really no correct answer, it is just a way to show who you really are just like how do you feel and such
