I felt bad when I crawled outta bed yesterday. We had to go out to the roomie's folks for a birthday party.
Well, we stayed for a couple of hours and came back. I actually went to be pretty early and still got up feeling bad.
None the less, we got every thing done this weekend, but I also got a nap and a few other things done.
however, I probably haven't made payout. oh well...
So, how were you this weekend?

It is terrible to have things to do and places to go when you are sick and just want to be home or in bed. To be sick on a holiday weekend would make it twice as bad. You are usually busy over a holiday.
I am not feeling sick, but I have been more tired than usual and just haven't felt like doing anything.
Hope you feel better soon!

Get as much rest as you can and you will feel better. At least you didn't have to work today. Maybe by the time you get back to work you will be okay.

Hi Elixbxn, Hope you are feeling a bit brighter now, I felt rather sluggish myself on Saturday, just couldn't seem to wake up - my got up and go had got up and went I think lol. It is still 31st so still time to make payout and if not think of the extra the following month as it won't take long to manage it and achieve more as it will go in as a bigger amount. My weekend itself though has been good and it is a Bank Holiday here in the UK so off work today too. Huggles. Ellie :D

I was busy. Saturday I dropped four cats at the adoption center, went to lunch with the family, went to the arboretum at Davis and hit the mall for cinnamon rolls on the way home. Sunday I went to the adoption center and then we went to dinner and a movie. Monday we had a barbecue and the MIL and my sister and brother-in-law came over. Which is why I'm responding to a Sunday discussion on Thursday. I'm still catching up.

You woke up at the wrong side of the bed, then.:-) But you didn't get out of that feeling. It made you lazy the whole weekend because you let your mind dominate your body.
I sometimes woke up at the wrong side, too but i did not let the feeling stay with my the whole week. I manage to crawl out of bed happy in one of those days.:-)

oh, i hope it is not an indication that you are going to get ill, dear...
Sometimes, no, more often than not, our body is giving us signal's that something isn't right before even the disease hit us.
This discussion was posted days ago, and I do hope that by this time you are feeling all right, ElicBxn. I do hope, too that all is well with you...

Sorry to hear that you have not been in tip top shape lately. I know how it feels because ever once in a while I will feel like that. It is not fun and I just want to take a lot of naps! Hope you start feeling better very soon! My weekend was actually great because we got our pool up and it was a lot of fun this weekend! Happy Mylotting!

I'm feeling well.
Too many things to do this weekend. Work on Saturday. Go to cemetaries and place flowers on graves (pray, too). So buy flowers and then repot them because they seem to sell everything so root bound. Get my brother. Have him go with me. Today, go to a Memorial day ceremony, help a friend, and now go garden.
I need a restful weekend to make up for my weekend.

Oh I hate when I wake up feeling yukky, makes the whole day worthless. And you had to go to a party, ugh. I hope you feel better soon because I know what it's like to feel crappy and have a thousand things to do.
I went over my daughter's on Sunday and helped her with the yardwork. It was really nice to do and her yard turned out beautiful. She had flowers to put in, some bushes, and mulch. I did alot of weeding. I loved getting out of this apartment and into the sunshine. Then she made some barbequed chicken for dinner, yummy, so all in all it was a very nice day.

It's hard when you have to go place when you are not feeling good. Hope you get to feeling better, soon. My husband and I are feeling ok and this week we just stay home.
It's nice chatting with you again.
Take care

Yep, I change it because it's warmer out now and every kitten needs to get out in play.
Take care and I hope you get to feeling better real soon.

I find that when the weather is changing I often feel bad until the weather hits. Like I woke up with a headache like a headband circling my head. After the rain started I was better. I do not know if I will make payout or not. I actually looked at tasks last night and I might try to do one or two to say that I did actually make payout. I have searched more, but still no payout.

Go to the task sections, do a couple. If you are lucky, Sharon might just approve them today. Then you'd have made to payout. :)
My weekend? Spent a lot of time watching cricket and Rolland Garros. :) Federer in particular. He is so graceful on the court. He could be skating on ice!

I have never had any luck with those tasks. I just don't have the interest to do them
I remember watching cricket when we went to England in 1968, but I think its probably not much fun to watch if you don't know anything about it!
I did write a Doctor Who story where the Doctor learned to play cricket...
