paypal doesn't care about ip address unless you try to activate the same credit card or bank account one 2 different accounts that is when you either get banned and bad things happen then but for your question about the ip address don't worry about it they don't care

Paypal don't really care about IP. I have two paypal addresses and I open them wherever I am. There has been no problem. Paypal is basically an online transaction site and you can access your paypal account from whichever IP you use. It is the same as your email account. IP does not matter.

I don't think there's a problem with that. IP is not an issue. Only thing that matter is validation of the account like only one card for one account. I opened my Paypal account at my previous workplace and of course I never been there after I quit. Still, my account is still valid and didn't have any problem. But if you still have doubt, just refer back to Paypal.

Yes we can use paypal account in different ip. It doesn't matter. It's like a email address. It's like a email address. So no tension.

Paypal cares only about the email add you use to open the account and your friend must trust you a lot to allow you to open it because of password stuffs and all ;)
